I had a full set of nails put on just under 2 weeks ago and I have already had one nail snap where the extension is glued on, in the first week, and a nail just pinged off today whilst getting dressed. I phoned to tell them and see what they can do and was told they don't guarantee the nails after 2 weeks as that's when they need infills. Well thats would be fine if they were strong enough to last the first 2 weeks!! I should have realised at the time the nails were being app...lied that they wouldn't last as the girl didn't really file my nails to the usual standard before applying the set, she struggled to get the extensions to stick and I even had to argue with her that one was pointing in the wrong direction!! Visited today. Very disappointed! I had a full set of acrylics. The first lady made the shape of the acrylics awful! They were flat and not even the same length or shape. Then put such thick polish on which was blotchy. The simple nail design i asked for she was unable to do. I complained and had a different person try and fix them and to be honest they were worse then the first set. The acrylic is very thick and the tips are all different shapes. Not happy at all. The nails are fine but heaven forbid you complain. The attitude of the owner is disgusting telling a customer to "shut up" and when you try and explain what happens says "I don't care what you have to say".
