A friendly, family feeling on entering with the familiar smell of hydrochloride and varnish.....not unpleasant, I may add. Walk-ins only, no appointment system which, I guess, can be a pain sometimes. My first time there for a new set of nails, gel and varnish.....reasonable rates. Very delicate artwork too. Read Less
