TERRIBLE!!! Isn't Evan the word for this place payed over £20 for my nails to be done and all snapped within a week!! Wouldn't advise anyone to come to this place!! When I went in to get my nails done the staff were completely rude and cared more talking to other staff then concentrating on the customers nails!! Not impressed at all, staff all spoke in a different lanuage in front of all the customers, made very little eye contact with me, no attempt at polite conversation. it was overpriced, and i felt rushed. The UV lamp to set my gel nails kept burning me! Never going back Read Less

Do not go here! you'll be here for hours for a 30 min job (+ queuing time obvs).. they start to do your nails then leave you and go on to someone else instead of finishing one person at a time , first guy took my nails off then went and did a pedicure.. guy next to me was doing a lady and left her to put my acrylics on .. all in all i had 3 people doing my nails.i total i was there over 2 & half hours for a 30 min job. also one of the female staff has a small baby who is frequently in the shop in a pushchair or baby walker.. one time he was particularly restless and she kept leaving me to deal with him, consequently she rushed my nails and did them badly. not knocking her looking after her baby but how can she do her job properly when she is pre-occupied with the baby i was actually in a hurry is this a business they are running or what? wont go again. plenty nail places to choose from. Very rude staff. They don't smile nor make eye contact and sometimes they don't even bother to say 'hello'. Felt disrespected for all the times I have been in there. Decided, I will never go in there again. Not recommended. OK nails, but very bad customer service. Not professional. Read Less
