I have been enjoying having my nail services done at VIP Nails for several years. Staff is very friendly and salon is very clean. Tiana does an excellent job; always very satisfied.

I just moved to the area and finding a good nail salon was important. I came in today and Devin did such a fantastic job!! I never wrote reviews but this one deserved it. I will be coming back!!!

I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for me and my boyfriend. The person that answered the phone was very nice and stated he would be more than happy to accommodate us both on New Yea...
I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for me and my boyfriend. The person that answered the phone was very nice and stated he would be more than happy to accommodate us both on New Year's Eve day. We were really looking forward to trying the salon as we were new to the area. Unfortunately the pleasantries ended with the phone call. Upon arrival there was only an appointment for one person and when the poor receptionist went to a manager or owner (I have no idea who it was), she was yelled at right in front of us. At that point it was no longer an option as this was to be a relaxing afternoon for us and this was no where near the type of environment for relaxing with such hostility.

Not happy at all I had my nails done last week on the Friday they have cracked I went in there today to explain what as happen and that they shouldn't of cracked so soon never in my life having my nails done have they broke so fast they normally last 3 to 4weeks in other places I asked for them to either be fixed or have my money back and the guy replied no to both this is disgusting how can you take £35 off someone and expect them to be ok with broken nails just in a week I wouldn't waste your money in this place they don't care about you just after the money I know where is best and it ain't this shop, I will be going further with this the man even replied he ain't happy I don't care if your not happy what about the customer I guess customers don't come first money does I will never come to your shop again you rush your job way to much and don't even ask what the customer wants one guy cut all this other customer nails off with out asking and the guys reply was to laugh about it even know she had been trying to grow them your service and communication is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....

I love getting my nails done at VIP nails. Jade is amazing at doing nails. Plus it's close by my house and I like that.

Technician did a great job on my nails, although she was pretty rude. My pedicure however I chose a higher level one though, for 38$, and it was half assed, and not good at all.

Owner of the establishment gave my mom a pedicure and during so she was slapping her legs harder than usual instead of telling her to put her feet down. when was asked if my mom liked the pedicure, sh...
Owner of the establishment gave my mom a pedicure and during so she was slapping her legs harder than usual instead of telling her to put her feet down. when was asked if my mom liked the pedicure, she was honest and said no because the Polish was smudged and the cuticles weren't done.. The owner tells her "Oh well next time I'll do better" My mom, a reasonable person, while keeping her temper, said she would not pay for awful service. They called the cops on her for no reas...on and the cops were absolutely no help and my mom had to pay an absurd amount of money. No discount no sorry, nothing. If u go here I highly suggest finding a new nail place where u won't be treated like trash. Shame on you guys. See More
