Arrived 5 minutes late to be told my appointment was actually 25 minutes earlier.... hmm despite showing them the confirmation email they refused to do them

Hi
Following on from my previous reply I have now been able to track your appointment as it is under a different name to Denise after speaking to my team. The confirmation email shows your appointment for 5pm and I can see from you client card that you have opened the email. We have also tracked your appointment and it has not been moved since you made it with myself yesterday at 11.10am. Unfortunately this means you missed the time slot by 25 minutes and as we were fully booked my team were unable to accommodate your appointment.

Went here after a couple of girls at work recommended it,everyone is friendly and helpful and Jenny did my nails brilliantly.I'll definitely be going back.

Went with three friends for eyebrow wax and tint and we were all very disappointed. Underneath my eyebrow is now scabbing over half an hour after the wax. My friend's eyebrows are now at different hei...
Went with three friends for eyebrow wax and tint and we were all very disappointed. Underneath my eyebrow is now scabbing over half an hour after the wax. My friend's eyebrows are now at different heights on her forehead (not twins, not sisters and not even friends). Will definitely never go back.

I found this place by accident and they had a walk in appt. Gel manicure was perfect, quick and only £20. Very happy
