The salon didn't do any of the nail designs I wanted, for example, aibrush glitter nails. Stuff told me they don't do it and referred me to their nail color book. I noticed they have airbrush glitter nails on display and asked stuff about them. I was told they run out of powder. On top of this I was felt left gilty and uncomfortable by the nail technician who told me off for not telling her in time what exactly I want as I needed to go for completely something different from what I planned to have. I picked one color and said ill need to pick the other one. The woman then tried to tell me that I picked 1 colour only. There was 3 attempts to explain so she could understand that 1st colour wouldn't be for all the nails. I mentioned this also earlier. While picking colour I was very limited and pressed for time. I noticed she was looking at the time as she had a next client. I needed to think fast as she was sat there watching over me and asking me if I picked a colour yet. Bad experience. Avoid. Third time there and will not be returning. I got a pedicure and the lady dug at my cuticles so much that my big toe started to bleed. She put some stuff on it and it stung horribly. By the time she went to do the design, it was STILL bleeding. Now, 3 days later, it hurts to wear socks, my nail polish and design is stained with blood, and it is inflamed like it is fighting and infection that is trying to happen (I been cleaning it a lot). This was the WORST service experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. First of all, I came in with my daughter and her friend who were getting mani pedis. When my daughter asked her if they could do a superhero design, the chick laughed at my daughter. Who's 10. Then the girls were getting pedis...the guy was ok. He literally just did the pedicure part and then passed the girls to the rude as shit lady. I would NEVER recommend getting pedicures here. They use the pedi basins ...to clean their fish tanks out. Like...disgusting. They have a child running around. Pumping the lotion out all over the counter. When my daughter told the lady what her child was doing, she looked at my daughter that she didn't have time. What? Don't bring your child to the work place then. They both then walked away and let us sit there for a half an hour. Because two other people came in asking for pedis. They used the same tools on the girls fingers as they did their feet. Ugh... When they finally came near us I asked if I could pay so we could leave. The lady became very irritated like i was wasting her time. Gave me my total, which was $10 over what they have posted. Worst service ever!! Service was extremely rushed. Had normal nail polish under Shellac lights so as soon as I go to pay (which I never should have), nails all smudged immediately. Only salon that would take a walk in, but now I see why. Absolutely horrible. What a waste of money. Read Less

I love LC nails & Spa of Oshkosh. Trish and Ha are the new owners and they are friendly and professional. I get gel nails done and Trish is doing a fantastic job. I don't get my nails done very often but this is for a convention that doesn't happen in Wisconsin a lot. So, I got shellac done with a symbol of my team. The symbol was a key, and not a very easy one! I was a little scared it was going to be a train wreck, but the gentleman who did this was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
