I usually book appointments on Fridays and Saturdays cos that’s when they’re the busiest usually. My nails are looking great and plus, they do threading and waxing there too so that’s a bonus

Seriously 3rd time going richard the salon person hasnt done a good job! A week if that ive had my nails on and they are fallin off already and chipping away. 2nd time i went paula did them and they stayed on for a month. Im not happy as ive paid 33 pound fpr my nails and it makes me think should i really go back again because of the price

I only went here because it's easy to get to after work it's my own fault really as I knew already it's not the best salon round here. I have been here once and gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have to say the customer service here is none existent. I asked to look at some shellac colours whilst I was waiting and she looked at me like I was an inconvenience. Two other ladies walked in after me without appointments. I waited over 45 minutes and then they served them both before me and no other nail person was anywhere near done to start on mine. It's safe to say I walked out and won't be going back. I highly recommend you to take your cash elsewhere if you don't enjoy your time being wasted and like a bit of service or at least some kind of acknowledgement as a customer.

When I went first time I had my nails done by the owner of the shop (I think) and shape was terrible, I went back to get them done again and Portuguese girl did amazing job! I was going there for few months until I had new set done and my fake nails litterly came off my own nails I went back (after 2 weeks) to have it fixed and it's £3 per nail. I think that's a bit too much, I just had them done 2 weeks ago and few off them already came off. Not happy

The worst nail saloon ever. The nail polish colour changed within a day. No 2 nails were the same. You will need infills in a week time. And the french girl from staff doesn't do her job properly as she needs to talk and disturb other staff instead of focusing on your nails. Girls don't waste you money.

I was going there for few months until I had new set done and my fake nails litterly came off my own nails I went back (after 2 weeks) to have it fixed and it's £3 per nail. The worst nail saloon ever. The nail polish colour changed within a day. No 2 nails were the same. You will need infills in a week time. And the french girl from staff doesn't do her job properly as she needs to talk and disturb other staff instead of focusing on your nails. Girls don't waste you money.
