Absolutely rubbish, got my eyebrows done here and I now have a large slit in my eyebrow! Which I’m not happy about, and one eyebrow is bigger than the other and it’s very obvious 😤😤

I have been a customer here for over 5 years now, I have had no bad experiences here,I've had my eyebrows waxed and dyed,even false eyelashes applied and I would recommend this salon.

The NAIL BAR IS NOT OUR SALON. Google have used the wrong address on a different salon. The picture shown above "the nail bar" is NOT the salon stated on the address. "The nail bar" (picture above) is the salon opposite costa coffee.
And The NAIL BOX which is our address on here. We are opposite sale tram stop. A lot of people mistaken this. Please when leaving a review make sure you have the right salon please.

Hygiene poor. Equipment dirty and not sanitised. Same files used on all the clients, everything used then put away for reuse on next client. No wonder I ended up with a wart and so stopped going. As for finished product, yes the nails looked good though the last time the gel nail almost entirely loosed and caused me an injury so I never returned. Place needs to be regulated for hygiene. Some of staff barely understand English and can be quite abrupt. Seems a popular place though. Maybe my standards are higher than average.

Hygiene poor. Equipment dirty and not sanitised. Same files used on all the clients, everything used then put away for reuse on next client. No wonder I ended up with a wart and so stopped going. As for finished product, yes the nails looked good though the last time the gel nail almost entirely loosed and caused me an injury so I never returned. Place needs to be regulated for hygiene.
