My nails looked great and the lady was lovely but after having them on for less then 6 hours one of them snapped off for the price of £40 for a set this is unacceptable. I am disappointed the nails are not fit for purpose and will not be returning. I would save yourselves £20 pounds and go somewhere else. Read Less

Just had my eyebrows threaded and asked for a bit of definition to the arch. My natural arch was evident. I walked out with a rounded shape brow that was reduced to less than half it's thickness . Won't be returning. It was nice of them to fit me in quickly as I had mixed up the appointment time but I'm so disappointed that they have changed my entire eyebrow shape and thickness. Read Less

Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The lady on reception was very attentive and welcoming. I was very pleased to see they also offer an ear piecing service aswell which I will be booking in for. I have nails, pedicures, waxing, massages, eyebrow tint and shape and lashes done here and never had an issue. All of the staff are professional, chatty, and great with advice when i'm stuck on what to have and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies are all fab at what they do! Read Less

(Posting using my husbands google account) I have booked in using the online booking system numerous times for nails and pedicures none of the treatments are described properly meaning that I booked in for the wrong treatment. On arrival I was told that that they could not fit me in for a shellac pedicure and would have to have an Essie Spa pedicure (which actually took longer as there was a 15 minute drying period) and was made to feel as though the error was my fault. The blond lady who works on reception seriously could do with learning some customer service skills she acts as is she is the owner (she isnt) talked to me as if I should have known the difference between treatments that had no description and has a massive chip on her shoulder - wont be going back.
