Worse experience and rude staff
Did nails polish at this salon and start peeling off after two days exactly before my holiday. Back to salon after a week, all my nails polish peeled off and no point ...
Worse experience and rude staff
Did nails polish at this salon and start peeling off after two days exactly before my holiday. Back to salon after a week, all my nails polish peeled off and no point to do it at this salon anymore. I asked my money back and the lady ,”with very worse attitude I have ever seen “, instead of apologies, keep shouting at me and told me my nails were awkward and won’t lasted. They’re not deserved one star either. If I had done with normal polish it would probably last longer.

A brilliant service the staff are so lovely, they do an amazing job on all my acrylics I have had done. Such a clean environment to sit in, and never failed to put a smile on your face!

Excellent customer service here this week as my nails didn’t last their usual 2 week selves so they very kindly only charged me half price. Not often you get that kind of service. Extremely accurate when applying shellac, always very careful precise and attentive

Been coming here for about 3 years now would never go anywhere else. The quality of the acrylic is excellent and only twice in that time has one broken (my fault). Always have a good laugh with the staff and they are more than happy to help me when I can't decide what to have. I never feel rushed and it's always clear they want to do a good job. Highly recommended.

I've been coming here since Christmas and wouldn't go anywhere else now! Fantastic quality, I have acrylics and very rarely do I snap or break one whereas elsewhere I'd have them falling off! Pure ski...

Had nails done here at weekend, quality was awful for set of acrylics at £25, very disappointing. Nails far too wide, some crooked/filed crooked and looked huge for my fingers. The polish job was awful and you could clearly see where the top coat hadn't been applied properly and there were also some gaps round edges. Paid & left because I didn't want to cause a scene or have to stay any more, had to go and get them fixed elsewhere.

Did nails polish at this salon and start peeling off after two days exactly before my holiday. Back to salon after a week, all my nails polish peeled off and no point to do it at this salon anymore. Been coming here for about 3 years now would never go anywhere else. The quality of the acrylic is excellent and only twice in that time has one broken (my fault). Always have a good laugh with the staff and they are more than happy to help me when I can't decide what to have. I never feel rushed and it's always clear they want to do a good job. Highly recommended.

The polish job was awful and you could clearly see where the top coat hadn't been applied properly and there were also some gaps round edges.
