Today was my first experience and it was a 10 star treatment! All of the employees were friendly, they offer a huge menu of services. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I got the honey and milk pedi and it absolutely lived up to its description. I can't wait to go back!

This was my 5 star review on 4/12/15: This is hands down the best nail salon in the area! They are very kind and they do great work at very reasonable prices. I drive over 30 minutes just to come here to have my nails done. I love this place! Unfortunately, this is my updated 2 star review as of today, 5/18/15: I am usually elated with the results at Poiana, but I was extremely disappointed in the pedicure that I received this afternoon. I stopped by to use a gift certificate... that I received for Mother's Day, and now I really wish I had saved it for another day. The nail tech who performed my pedicure was someone I've never had before, so I was unfamiliar with her work. I didn't catch her name. She didn't rush the process or anything, but the end result was a very sloppy, painful pedicure. My nails were cut so short that they are still hurting, some of my nail edges are jagged and/or uneven, and the polish was applied very unevenly. Today's experience was very disappointing, and I will definitely make sure that I take a much closer look at my nails before I leave the chair next time. See More

I moved to Maryland from Long Island, NY in May and have been searching for an amazing nail salon to call home here! I went through four places and they just didn't cut it. I walked into Poiana and hoped for the best...& it was the best experience I had in MD!!! The place was clean, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing and the staff were friendly and delightful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Unfortunately, this is my updated 2 star review as of today, 5/18/15: I am usually elated with the results at Poiana, but I was extremely disappointed in the pedicure that I received this afternoon. I stopped by to use a gift certificate... that I received for Mother's Day, and now I really wish I had saved it for another day. The nail tech who performed my pedicure was someone I've never had before, so I was unfamiliar with her work. I didn't catch her name. I moved to Maryland from Long Island, NY in May and have been searching for an amazing nail salon to call home here! I went through four places and they just didn't cut it. I walked into Poiana and hoped for the best...& it was the best experience I had in MD!!! The place was clean, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing and the staff were friendly and delightful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!
