Terrible, the staff are so rude I asked for a Certain set of nails and they did something so different. I asked for acrylics with a burgundy and glitter part that fades out. Instead I got bright red nails that look tacky and a big clump of glitter on one. Also many of them are slanted and looks like a five year old did them.i had to pay £27 on them! I will be asking for a refund and will Write a follow up review on what they say. I had to wait for at least 2 hours and we wasn't even noticed. Also my friends nails turned out also slanted. I would ha e told them I wasn't paying whilst I was there but I thought they would turn out okay once dried. Hopefully I will get a full refund & never return there again. Whilst posting about my nails because I was Angry, another friend told me her mum went to the same place and her nails dropped off the next day. I could ha w done better nails my self. If you don't want awful overpriced nails, don't go ________ I went back the next day and asked for a refund, instead she asked me if she could give me anew set I said no so she said well you can wait and I will take them off for you and then you can have your moneh back. I said okay but how long would it be. She then said it would take up to two hours waiting so I said no I won't wait for two hours. So she chopped off my nails and turned them ragged and awful. Asked for gel nails and they peeled off the next day which I obviously wasn't happy about. So I went back in and asked for a full set of acrylic nails as a refund instead as this was the same cost as what he did before and he made me pay again. He held my ID thinking I would run off when this was never my intention and made me feel like I was a criminal. Scummy salon would never ever return not in a million years. Owner is awful. Agree with other reviews regarding rudeness. Cut my end of my finger with clippers after telling her to be careful! Had nails done around Xmas it's now March and my nails are in terrible condition and don't grow properly. Since found out they filed them down too much, all I can do is wait for the damage to grow out. I also wonder why it's a cash only business and whether everyone there has permission to work there?? Very rude. Lack of communication and rather than speaking would point and mutter. Three spoke chinese the whole time and didn't try start a conversation. Bad quality, had to point out where she'd missed with acrylic multiple times and still not happy with the end result. Won't return! Read Less

Attitudes stink. The people only speak to say hello and how much it costs but put the price up at least three times. They tap rather than ask for your hands and grunt at you constantly. The baby was making noise and they asked if we could take her out of shop until she shut up. Read Less
