My nails turned out good however the service wasn't great. The man doing my nails took double the time because he kept stopping to help other workers, talk with new guests walking in and work the register. I didn't get a hot towel or lotion on my hands either at the end. It seemed he was more interested in pleasing the other guests than the one who he was working on. Read Less

I recently moved to Franklin and began going to Deluxe Nail Spa for their amazing Signature Pedicures. Lee does an incredible job. She’s super sweet and it’s so relaxing. At my last appointment, I decided to get a manicure for the first time in years because I was attending a wedding and my nails are brittle and not very attractive. However, I never liked how acrylic nails felt. I work on the computer all day and don't need nails that hinder my work or feel heavy. I spoke wit...h the owner John and he said their SNS Organic manicure would be the perfect solution. I tried it and could not be more THRILLED! John is truly a master craftsman when it comes to nails. He gave me the custom fit I needed. They look great and feel lightweight yet strong. He said this product will also improve the health of my own nails. It has been 10 days and they still look awesome. Now I just need to go back for a quick fill-in. I highly recommend booking an appointment with John. He has a fun personality, positive attitude and is highly skilled. His Nail Spa is beautiful, clean and everyone is very friendly. Absolutely amazing service all around! I had to wait longer than expected last night because they were busy and they were closing but the owner gave me a $5.00 off my pedicure just to be kind for me waiting and the lady who did my pedicure still took her time and did an amazing job with a smile even though they were an hour past closing by the time she got to me!
