They were all friendly and smiley and made me feel welcome. And above all, my hair turned out so amazing. I got their protein treatment, mould, and blow dry short cut and finish (from long damaged hair). My hair is now super healthy and doesn't break anymore. This place is like my second home. I get my hair done here once a month (as well as the numerous times I pop in to get it styled throughout the month!). Tinu is amazing at what she does and always does a fab job. The rest of the staff are great too! Highly recommend HOT. Read Less

Don't get me wrong the staff are lovely. But if you're looking to get a frontal installed, this isn't the place. You're better off spending an extra £30/40 on specialised frontal installer. For what I received it was highly over... priced. I was charged £35 just for the customisation which might I add was poor. Hairs were plucked in an scatty manner and you could tell from just glancing. On top of that, the bleaching of the lace left my hair with very visible ginger roots.
