Had the K Fusion treatment 4 weeks ago, it didn't work, after having my roots done by my hair dresser I decided to call to explain it hasn't worked. I don't like complaining which is why it took me a few weeks, and the girl who did it was very nice. I know two people who have had it done there and it's worked great and maintained without using the salons products, I was simply trying to point out it hasn't worked for me and something must of gone wrong during treatment , I did not have my hair ironed following treatment bit by bit like I have had done previously, so I don't think the treatment was sealed. The lady on reception told me to come in at 9am and karen would wash and dry it and have a look and discuss it, she was lovely. When I arrived the owner karen was very defensive and unwilling to help from the moment I sat down , refusing to wash and dry my hair and blamed it on me not buying her products and saying " you signed a form to say if you don't use my products it's not guaranteed, I'm running a business here what do you expect." I expect a decent level of customer service without a nasty spiteful attitude. I also run my own business and when people aren't happy I put it right, surprisingly that is how you retain customers and create a good reputation for yourself. She was unpleasant and confrontational.I have used products lacking harmful ingredients which are recommended for keratin treatments. She offered to repeat the treatment at half price, which I don't want to do as it should of been done correctly the first time I paid and quite frankly her attitude and tone has put me off. I have also spoken to K fusion head office who said even if I used the incorrect products the first time you would still be able to see a result and it can't be stripped out immediately, agreeing it hasn't been sealed. It is clear the treatment didn't work as my hair was frizzy on its first wash, but Karen refused to discuss this and said there's nothing she could do. All I wanted was for the treatment to be done correctly and my hair to not be frizzy, not be spoken to like I am an idiot. I am really shocked this is how a new salon owner in Hale, full of competition, treats customers. Read Less
