The worst service I have ever experienced, these people are so rude, over priced and when you dont want their most expensive service their attitudes turn to from inviting to down right nasty, cold witj the quality of service being less than poor. Its a high priced sweat shop that treats its customers like cattle.

I like my nails sharp or rather pointed like claws. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for the lady who does nails to arrive from Santa Cruz. Then I got charged extra just for her to shape my nails po...
I like my nails sharp or rather pointed like claws. I had to wait over 20 minutes just for the lady who does nails to arrive from Santa Cruz. Then I got charged extra just for her to shape my nails pointed! Also their selection of polishes suck. It's bad when I have more of a selection than they do.
