Had my nails done in infills yesterday at liberty nails in the precinct what a bloody mess. Went back this morning as soon as they opened to show them the ridges that where clearly noticeable . I was advised to go to their other nail shop facing McDonald's and the lady who did my infills yesterday would sort them out for me. . In a nut shell. Went across to the other shop. She asked if i could come back in an hour the shop had one customer in who was nearly done. She then carried on to call me a liar and was totally rude to me in front of the other customer. I went back to the precinct shop who asked why are you back. Explained the above. They took my gell off for me i was advised that i would have to pay £8. Anyway the manger came down apologised and i did not have to pay. Avoid the shop i do not appreciate being called a liar by a rude shop assistant. i havent had my nails done a huge amount of times but i believe the treatment i recieved at liberty nails was extremely poori had my nails infilled here and towards my cuticle i had red and white lines which are visible through the acrylic nail. my nails are also not filed evenly on several nails, this has left the individual nail looking bent towards one side and also different lengths when the same finger is compared on both hands. i also have a large white patch on my thumb acrylic nail and my own white bit of my nail can be seen above the white bit of my acrylic.i was so dissapointed with my nails that i returned to ask if they would be able to do anything about it and the staff were rude. not only would they not let me finish my sentence without shouting over what i was saying, they were also very patronising saying to me as i left the shop ''well done for coming in and saying something though''. they refused to take responsibility even when i showed them that they hadnt even been filed at the same length and claimed that it was where i had got them done originally.my false nails look like i have bought a cheap false nail set and stuck them on myself and for £18 i dont think that is fair. they look so bad that i have taken them off, it will now cost me an average of £30 to get them done again so it will cost me £48 for something which should have cost me around £15.i would also like to mention i dont even have an account on this website but i was SO SO dissappointed i signed up just to make this review. would strongly advise anyone to not go here for their acrylics. I know it's rather pathetic at my age to be excited by the prospect of having coloured nails with sparkly patterns on them but I have to admit I am. This rather small shop can achieve anything and everything in your wildest dreams when it comes to all things nails related! The prices are really really reasonable and the staff are great. I think its worth £20 to get out the house and be pampered. Go on treat yourself to sparkly nails they will make you happy like me :) Read Less

I have had my nails done here twice now and must say that although it is the tiniest business in the whole world, they do the best nails ever! There is so much choice here; you can have pink tips, white tips, glitter tips or anything you want. You can have colours gems and all sorts. Another thing I was impressed with is the efficiency in which they did my nails. I was impressed because I needed them doing in a rush too. So high five to these people, they are great! Read Less
