Had my nails done in infills yesterday at liberty nails co co sister shop in the precinct what a bloody mess. Went back this morning as soon as they opened to show them the ridges that where clearly noticeable . I was advised to go to their other nail shop co cos to see the lady who did my infills yesterday and she would sort them out for me. . In a nut shell. Went across to the co cos . She asked if i could come back in an hour the shop had one customer in who was nearly done. She then carried on to call me a liar and was totally rude to me in front of the other customer. I went back to the precinct shop who asked why are you back. Explained the above. They took my gell off for me i was advised that i would have to pay £8. Anyway the manager came down apologised and i did not have to pay. Avoid the shop i do not appreciate being called a liar by a rude shop assistant. Went here with my daughter and her friend as they.were.doing acrylics for.20.00. We went in i said.i want the acrylics for my daughter and friend. She gave them a row of nails to look at picked a.colour and then did them Went to pay and they charged me 28.00 each. I said it says 20.00 outside. She said we did gel so its.28.00. Last two times I have been here I have been really disappointed, dipping gel nails have cracked and broken after one week of a new set, went back and told them and they just said I would have to pay the normal price to have them done again, no acknowledgement of them breaking so soon or discount. Next time I have been the lady put my hands under a dryer when finished and just walked off. I was sat there for 10 mins. before paying I mentioned my nails were all bumpy not smooth she said I shouldn't have put my hands under the dryer. When I politely said I was told to she said 'everyone shouts at me'. She said she would try to sort them and all together I'd spent 1.5 hrs in the salon. I thanked the lady for trying to fix them and paid the full price however I am really unhappy with how bumpy they are, won't be going back. I got my nails done with acrylic and then painted with polish, and old acrylic removed here. The nails are good and look nice however I originally wanted them differently, I agreed on a price with the girl at the desk for how I wanted them, then when they were being done the girls swapped and another person carried on with my nails. She asked what I was having done again and quoted a different price to the original, so I questioned it and got told that the price I was originally told is wrong. I was half way through having them done so I could not change my mind. I ended up going home and re painting them myself which is a shame as the first time I went here I was really impressed with the nails and the service! Read Less

Went to have my finger and toe nails done the day before my holiday, when I got back from salon I noticed my finger nails were a different colour, it was too late to go back so when I came back off my holiday I went in and pointed it out, and asked them to take it off my finger nails cos its gel based, she went over to the other workers and as usual they start having a conference in their own language ( which I think is pig ignorant ) came back and told me I should have seen it in the shop when it was 1st done, and they would charge me to take the wrong colour off. Went here for the first time today and I will be back. The ladies were really friendly and we're able to fit me in when it was starting to get busy. The woman who did my eyebrows did an amazing job. Think I found my regular go to place now finally! Read Less

Really friendly showed them a picture of what I wanted and she did her best to find the right colour match and took her time. She didn't rush even though it was close to closing. They are all really talkative and make you feel relaxed!!Read Less
