I am extremely upset and disappointed. The Vietnam lady, who is the boss of Altrincham Nail Art ripped me off today. I am so sad that I paid them to ruin my nails . I told the lady that I don't like the outcome of my nails straight after I paid for it. It looks very ugly. Of course, I wish to pay for beautiful nails. But unfortunately it was ugly and disgusting. The Vietnam boss said that if I wanted an extension instead she will charge me the full price again, and will not refund the money that I just paid them. What an extremely bad customer service that they provide. They don't take responsibility for the disgusting job that they did. They don't care about your feelings. They just want your money. After they removed the nail job after my request to do so. The went ahead and filed the gel off. It's clear that they haven't received the proper training to do nails. Initially, my nails were already thin. And after the terrible nail job they were even thinner from the filing. But to remove the gel they took with the gel, another layer of nail! My nails are painful and nonexistent now. This Altrincham Nail Art has no regard for the health and safety of their clients and customers! Read Less
