I’ve had my nails done here several times and I’ve always been very happy with the price & the finished product. I find that during busy hours, the staff can be a bit “abrasive” but that’s really the only bad thing I have to say about them.

I have to agree with the other comments regarding the rude staff. Barely any interaction apart from having orders like 'move' barked at you and my pet hate, the staff having long conversations with each other in their own language over your head - this is the height of ignorance in my opinion. Also disappointed at being charged an extra £1 for using a debit card, there are no signs up warning you of this. Did a good job on my nails but sadly, I wont be back until their customer service skills improve dramatically.

Great value and quick! but the compromise is that there's no bells and whistles... and no small talk. Personally I like that but others might find it abrasive.

worst salon i have ever been to.. 5min talking to the staff made me leave the salon immediately and i never went back..So rude to the customers!

I dont know if it's a cultural thing but it's true, the staff are not pleasant. I had my hands pulled this way and that. I reached for my phone at one point to move it out the way and was ordered "don...
I dont know if it's a cultural thing but it's true, the staff are not pleasant. I had my hands pulled this way and that. I reached for my phone at one point to move it out the way and was ordered "don't move". No eye contact whatsoever. My nails were nice though.

Feel like I have to post here to balance out the OTT negativity. I have my nails done here fortnightly, usually acrilic with gel overlays. They last upto 3/4 weeks if I don't have chance to go in soon...
Feel like I have to post here to balance out the OTT negativity. I have my nails done here fortnightly, usually acrilic with gel overlays. They last upto 3/4 weeks if I don't have chance to go in sooner. Great quality products and never any issues.... Yes English is not their native language so they can sound quite clipped, but definitely not rude or abusive.

I just been there last month and they have such a rude and abusive staff.. They literally will shout at you if you chose ur color 1 second late.. Poor girl would have cried but she held her own... No ...
