Shellac was fine . Recently had a normal manicure .was rushed and finished in under 10 minutes .(so he could sit and play on his phone after)All had smudged by the next day . Been going here now for 5 years and always have my nails done perfectly!! The staff are soo friendly and remember me. I get offered hot drinks when I'm there and they really go out their way to accommodate me!! I would recommend anyone to go there!!! Read Less

I've been here 3 times. The nail job (shellac) is fine - they have a nice range of colours and do a decent job. But customers should be warned that the queues are nuts and you'll be told '10 mins', but you can wait until to 45 mins before anyone is actually free. Its like the bus-stop situation where the longer you wait, you think 'its GOTTA be soon, plus I've just waited 30 mins, I need to make it worthwhile and actually get this job done'. Last time, I said to one of the staff, 'realistically, how much longer because I had other appointments that I could have shifted back, it would just help to know so I can shift things'. He was told by Amy (?) to leave me and sit down. So I never got the answer. I also didn't stay because the place up the road is also good and was able to see me. Used to be a great salon but terrible now. Long waits, no appointment system, people just walk in off street and say they have an appointment and queue jump, waiting time 40 minutes plus but they always tell you it's only Ten minutes!! . And they have started overcharging, sat in there today, 3 people complained about shoddy service whilst I was having my nails done and as a long standing customer (10 years) they tried to overcharge me by £13. And I know at least 2 people that this has happened to recently: They cram so many people in that nails are now rushed and not as good quality as they were previously and they could not care less about customer service. I go into Kimberley's every 2 weeks but I went in yesterday to have a acrylics set off and new set on. I waited 45 mins to have my nails done then when I sat down a young lady took my nail varnish off then I was sat waiting for another 10 mins! In total I was sat in there for 2 hours and 20 minutes.
