My daughter and I visited yesterday and paid over £90 for acrylics, SNS and gel pedicure and toe-nail polish as we’re going on our holidays. My 16yr daughter had her cuticle cut very badly with no apology even though it was clear she was bleeding, tearful and in pain. The girl that did my pedicure kept pulling my toes to make them straight so after the 3rd time (as it was clear her ability to communicate with me was poor) I told the manager that I had had a stroke many years ago and that they would not stay straight no matter how much she pulled at them. He communicated this to her and neither of them apologized, instead the girl looked sheepishly at me then began a muttered conversation with the nail technician doing a pedicure next to her. This is the 3rd and the last time I will have my nails done here. It feels as though they take your money judgementally and begrudge you for it at the same time; essentially biting the hand that feeds you! It seemed a nice salon but I got cut in the middle of manicure. Mina (the girl that was doing my mani) cut my cuticle, and it was bleeding. It took around 10 minutes or so for the bleeding to stop and now my finger is sore. Mina didn’t put on disinfectant, so I asked whether they sterilised their instruments. Mina didn’t understand what I asked her (I think she is not fluent in English), but other girl told me that they did sterilise their instruments. So hopefully I didn’t get any infection. When I said that I’m not happy with my manicure, Mina said that the cut is small. There is no small or big cut. Cut is a cut and it’s very unprofessional. When I went to pay my bill the salon still charged me full price. I was not happy about it but I paid £58 (for mani and pedi) for being cut and I’m not going back. reference E5F99EF8 Update: In a week 2 nails are already chipped. I booked for gel nail extensions however they gave me acrylics. It was too late for me to ask to change so I went with it. They then charged me 28 pounds. Looked up price of what I received and acryclics are 25 whilst the gels are 28 so I got completely ripped off. Staff seemed very stand offish and rude towards me, patronising. Read Less

Have been coming to Angeline's in Worcester Park since they opened and have always had nice relaxing gel manicures/pedicures. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the salon is immaculately clean. Also booking online for treatments/manicures online is very easy. Went in last week and got the new ombre nails with crystals, absolutely love them, the lady was great, the place is very friendly, clean and the boss man came in with his baby so very family orientated and laid back, even have coffee machine and fridge for complemental drinks, best place iv been. Got my feet done in a Sunday booked in for 4pm so I understand it was the last appointment the lady who did my feet did a great job but customer service wasn't great wasn't offered a drink and at the end was having my nails dried and the lady who did my nails got ready to go home and just left me without saying anything! Another kind lady had to take my bill and take off my dividers. So all in all was a ok experience but I feel for a £28 pedicure was a bit expensive for the experience I had. Read Less

I have been to Angeline Nails & Beauty twice now and would definitely recommend! In contrast to other local salons, this nail salon is bright, fresh and modern. The staff are very friendly and there is a great choice of nail colours. Another bonus is that you can book appointments online. My regular nail salon rom now on. Read Less
