I went to this place for the first time about a month and a half ago. I was rushing and I told them that. I understand that if someone is rushing you you are not gonna be able to do your job 100% as you normally would. The man that was doing my nails was constantly going outside for a smoke ( nothing against that) but he could at least wash his hands after the cigarette and before touching my hands! The place did not look very clear also.
I left that place and my nails were hurting and everyone could see that I had little bits of blood around my nails. I did not make too much of a deal at the time. But they kept hurting after a while. I went to a different nail salon. I got them taken off and I had two nails green!!!!! Completely green, bruised and it did not look great!
Now I can’t have a new set for a couple of weeks as I need to let them rest for a while.
I been to loads of diferent nail salons and nothing like this has happened to me before. I am always very comprehensive when it comes to business as people live from it. But this went to far.
Do not recommend unless they change their habits.

Excellent service and good value for money. I went for a standard manicure and the beautician did a brilliant job and showed very good attention to detail. Would highly recommend this place.

I wish I never stepped foot in this place, I've come on a handful of occasions only when in a rush and because it's close to my house however on a few visits they have made my cuticles red raw and so ...
I wish I never stepped foot in this place, I've come on a handful of occasions only when in a rush and because it's close to my house however on a few visits they have made my cuticles red raw and so sore.
I had my nails done a week ago and they have used too much glue to the point the acrylic is stuck and has pulled off my whole entire nail. Avoid avoid avoid

I came into this nail shop and was welcomed straight away. I didn't have a booking but they were really happy to serve me. I got a mani and pedi done (shellac) and I couldn't be happier! They stayed on longer than expected! Would definitely recommend! Will be seeing you again soon!

The worst nail shop I've experienced in the walthamstow area.I went into this shop to get my nails done and not even halfway into my nails being done my nails were wonky and the acrylic was very rubbish. It looked as if I was two weeks into the acrylic coming off, As I stressed to the man doing my nails thst I was not happy with the way my nails look and a discount would be needed he completely went off the rails, was rude & aggressive and even tried to cut the nails off. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

DO NOT go to this place. Very unsanitary and broken down, only one person working there so you have to wait. In addition, they sold me gel nails (which I have only had the polish before and wanted to try extensions with gel nails) but they did acrylic on me. I came home and looked online at the different processes and they definitely did acrylics instead. I feel robbed! They did regular french polish on top of the acrylic, which I waited under the lamp until it dried, then went to pay. They only take cash so I had to go across the street to the cash machine, and one of my nails got chipped a little on the way. I showed it to him and he was like 'oh that's small, you should just leave it.' I was shocked! I paid almost 50 pounds for the mani-pedi, I'm not going to walk out with scratched up nails!I made him fix it but I had a bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I went to this place for the first time about a month and a half ago. I was rushing and I told them that. I understand that if someone is rushing you you are not gonna be able to do your job 100% as you normally would. The man that was doing my nails was constantly going outside for a smoke ( nothing against that) but he could at least wash his hands after the cigarette and before touching my hands! The place did not look very clear also.

The worst nail shop I've experienced in the walthamstow area.I went into this shop to get my nails done and not even halfway into my nails being done my nails were wonky and the acrylic was very rubbish. It looked as if I was two weeks into the acrylic coming off, As I stressed to the man doing my nails thst I was not happy with the way my nails look and a discount would be needed he completely went off the rails, was rude & aggressive and even tried to cut the nails off.
