So a couple of weeks back I went to have my toes painted, did a great job but then I went back and had SNS done not even had them on for two weeks and they snapped and nail broke underneath so dissapp...
So a couple of weeks back I went to have my toes painted, did a great job but then I went back and had SNS done not even had them on for two weeks and they snapped and nail broke underneath so dissappointed as have an important wedding next month so hope they can be repaired in time. Wouldn’t go back

Im a frequent customer here for pedicure and sns nails. Never had a problem here. Welcomed in with tea/coffee. Ladies are lovely. Abit overpriced but the work done is worth the money

Do not go here - dreadful.
Put my feet in boiling water and left me for 30 mins till I complained. Decided not to have pedicure !
Manicure was awful - cut my daughters cuticles and made bleed.

Rushed job - no hand massage - awful experience.
3 other people complained whilst there.
How do these places stay open.
Staff totally unfriendly and rude !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been having my nails done for 11 years and NEVER experienced anything this bad. My friend took me today and they were shown manicure sns nails and creating bubbly cloudy, scratched pink nails for her. When she asked them how they thought this was the same as the pic all 5 women starting talking really aggressive and loud in their own language and bashing things around. She the had to pay double to undo the error they made and re-do. The final version was even worse. I had a full set of acrylics tip done new 3 weeks ago - i went for a fill in all nails where in perfect condition - they filled down three to the point where there was no choice but to put on three new tips at an extra costs each! they then cut down my to half the length asked then even though I asked for airbrush ombre got sns ombre at £15 more on top of the x 3 £3 for the extra nails. They said the airbrush not working but then did someone else's nails in front of me. They are rude, aggressive, clearly talking about us in their language. offered others tea but not us. Three other ladies that where there at the same time all made complaints about not getting what they asked for or they cut their cuticle or done something different to what they asked for. This place is HORRIFIC.

Great service, clean and modern. They don't across very friendly but the services overrides that. My partner and I had pedicures together which was nice but wasn't as good as we would have liked in terms of cleaning dead skin. I had SNS for the first time which is a little pricey but finished look is very nice.

Great service, clean and modern. They don't across very friendly but the services overrides that. My partner and I had pedicures together which was nice but wasn't as good as we would have liked in terms of cleaning dead skin.
