Tries to get too many walk ins in, even when you've booked an appt you're made to wait a long time.

Tries to get too many walk ins in, even when you've booked an appt you're made to wait a long time.
Then they rush you when it's your turn to get thru all the customers. Asked when it was quiet so to avoid this issue- they couldn't say!
She wasn't paying attention and she ended up hurting me- no apologies

I absolutely love this shop it's amazing I always go and get acrylics done and there has never been a moment where I've never liked it the atmosphere in the shop is calm and relaxing and the music they play is lovely they are all very kind staff and they're customer service is brilliant well done I'll be coming back definitely

Not even worth 1 star but that's the least I could give. Visited for the first time and got a shellac manicure. It didnt even last 5 days. I was passing by a month later (not my local area) and went i...
Not even worth 1 star but that's the least I could give. Visited for the first time and got a shellac manicure. It didnt even last 5 days. I was passing by a month later (not my local area) and went in to give feedback, not even to get my money back. The owner/manager said I should have come back straight away as there was no evidence now. She pretty much accused me of lying and said it was "my problem" I didn't go sooner. Disgusting customer service.

Love these guys, my nails always look lovely after a visit to them and they're very welcoming. Walk ins are welcome but there may be a short wait during very busy times.
