I have been a regular customer at this nail shop for months now, however I recently had to make a complaint as I paid £20 for a full set two days before my holiday to the canaries and two days into the holiday 4 nails snapped from me doing minor things such as; scratching my head, tying my bikini. I was disappointed as i had to cut down all my nails as i was still going to be on holiday for a week but when i went back to the shop to complain to the manager and employees were very rude and dismissive, they said they would only be willing to give my £5 off my next set of nails and when i said i would not be happy to have my nails done there again but perhaps a pedicure, as from the photos you can see that the nails all broke in the same way, highlighting the fact they were poorly done, they began shouting at me saying " It doesn't work like that, I don't know what you want us to do, I have customers I am trying to serve, If you have long nail on holiday your supposed to be careful" but i just feel as though if your paying for a service you should get your moneys worth and this place isn't, my nails didn't last more than four days and i had to then go and spend £30 getting my nails done elsewhere. I just feel that that if a customer is genuinely unhappy this should be considered, they only care about the money and once its in their hands thats it. Will not be returning to welling nails. Just had a pedicure because my feet needed some attention. The whole time I got criticised for having dry feet! I came to have a relaxing experience before my holiday but I spent my whole time feeling humilated infront of a shop full of people!! I'm a 15 year old girl and I was treated very differently to the adults. I was not offered a drink unlike everyone else sitting there even though I was paying the same price. Outrageous! I got asked a lot of questions about my feet and I really got the impression that the ladies were very judgmental. The lady doing my feet kept telling me that I should be getting shellack and even after telling them I just wanted them painted and then another lady who was doing a pedicure next to me joined in telling me I was making the wrong decision. I have been going to the salon since it first opened, all of Lee's team are lovely and it's a very clean and well looked after salon. Some people will think it's a little more pricey than other local salons but you get what you pay for. You are also always well looked after whenever you attend. Read Less

Fantastic nails and service , staff helpful and informative ! Removed my old set properly and pain free ( unlike other salons that try to pull them off ... Ouch ! ) and they give you a loyalty card ! Will definitely be returning ! 10/10!! Read Less

The best nail bar in the area by far! Le and all of her staff are really lovely people and do their jobs very well. Nails and pedicures a real treat. Nice atmosphere and they make a lovely cup of coffee too! Read Less
