AVOID! Yesterday, I had Shellac applied to my nails. I am honestly even too embarrassed to upload a photo with the state they're in! Thick, lumpy, uneven, fluff under the colour. They look horrific. I asked before leaving if the lady technician could even up and she begrudgingly filed it slightly, leaving the polished scratched and no better. I cannot stop looking at them today thinking I need to find another shop to correct, or start from the beginning. The lady technician in this store is very rough, files your nail bed practically down to the skin, gets annoyed if you do not choose your colour quick enough and pulls faces if you're checking your nails out to see if they filing is even, which it is not. She puts the shellac all over and around your nail also, so when you leave you almost have to pick it off. Avoid at all costs. They're no cheaper than any other nail shop in Welling so does not make any sense that they even still have customers!

This is the most awful nail place I have ever visited. The staff are extremely RUDE and DIRTY. I wonder if I could catch some GERMS with their reused tools which hasn’t been disinfected...

This is the most awful nail place I have ever visited. The staff are extremely RUDE and DIRTY. I wonder if I could catch some GERMS with their reused tools which hasn’t been disinfected.
Staff are OLD, with bad eyesight and bad attitude. Although they are cheaper, I have to spend another 40 pounds somewhere else just to get rid of their job and redone my nails.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BE EXAMINED AND CLOSED DOWN BY THE LOCAL COUNCIL!!!

Absolutely disgusted at the service my best friend got here today. Getting angry with her because she could not understand him. Baring in mind she's heavily pregnant and had to sit there with her blood pressure going through the roof and her nails look terrible. No wonder they're always dead!! Customer service at it's best!!

Avoid this shop...they might be cheap but the customer service is poor. I went there recently and the male nail technician with the glasses was so rough. He hurt my fingers as he just kept pulling and bending. It was so painful. When I complained he got up kicked the chair to the side and told someone else to take over in his language. He was so rude and very intimidating. In fact all the staff are rude except the man who does the pedicures. I have never received such poor service. There has been several complaints about them. They ought to be closed down. I would rather pay extra than be treated in this way. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!

Fabulous nails and talented staff! We love our fortnightly appointments at the nail depot. Cath, Justina and Bridgette do an amazing job and we would not go anywhere else. My daughter has Bridgette do her nails and she loves the chats and laughter while getting a professional nail treatment. They all have vast knowledge about nails, the products and how to treat nails correctly. We would both recommend the nail depot. It would be hard to find a better salon, better staff and a friendlier environment anywhere in Perth. Keep up the great work ladies, it is our favourite part of Saturday 😍

Came to Nail Depot to get my nails and toes done for a wedding which I was a bridesmaid for. First, I was at the salon for over 3 hours as they were understaffed. I was the last in the bridal group to get my nails done by Bridget. She kept getting distracted, stopping and not focussing on what she was doing, she also used inappropriate language. She also refused to go near my feet, in which one of her colleagues had to do instead. She was constantly reminding us how much she disliked feet, which I found very unprofessional and rude. In the end my nails were not dried properly and the finish was extremely disappointing, especially when I spent $160 for such terrible service and product result. I will not go back here again, and do not recommend this salon. (See my comment for image)

Went in and was seen quickly, only I wish I never even bothered! They looked better before.
The lady sliced my nail bed twice I had to pull my finger away. They were incredibly thick and lumpy and when I asked her to make thinner she ignored me. I had them on three days before one broke. They are by far the WORST set of nails I've ever had. The whole experience was awful. My nails are so thick and uneven the paint job was also no better.
They used to be a lot better when they first opened. But will never ever return here in fact I don't even know how they are still in buisness.

Experience was interesting. I went to Nail Bar for a mani (which is actually called a full set according to one of the staff) and a pedi.
The whole process felt rushed (doesn't help that I arrived after 7 and they close at 8) nonetheless it was very rushed and far from friendly. The end result is not a neat finish nor is it smooth and well rounded. I don't think that I would recommend this place to anyone however if cheap is what you are after this is this right place however if like me you want a nice price and a nice finish don't do it to yourself.

Terrible! Started with a 45 minute wait, to the get treated appallingly when I eventually got my nails done. Staff had awful attitudes and were extremely rough with handling my hands and fingers and sanding was done carelessly so my cuticles are sliced. Only the middle of my nails were painted and when asked to paint the sides, the man tutted and shock his head. I was then blamed for smudging them while he was painting them, when I had no nailvanish on me and it was clearly not my fault. Overall the service was appalling and I would never go back. Going to try and request a refund.

Sakie gave me the most beautiful nails for my wedding on January 14th; colour mixing and Swarovski Crystals! They use only the best of products and it lasts for weeks! Every visit is great fun, love this team!

I've been a regular the The Nail Depot for over 5 years now. Their services are are excellent, stock the best products available in a wide selection of colours. Cath is very experienced, highly knowledgeable in nail care, and Sakie does exquisite nail art. I'm a huge fan and always happy to refer anyone who asks me for a nail salon recommendation.

I have never EVER done business with anyone who is as proud of their work, as these wonderful ladies! Cath was gracious enough to even see me on an emergency appointment after one of my nails broke because she didn't want me to be left disappointed. The quality of work that leaves the salon is ALWAYS 100%.

AVOID! Yesterday, I had Shellac applied to my nails. I am honestly even too embarrassed to upload a photo with the state they're in! Thick, lumpy, uneven, fluff under the colour. They look horrific. He hurt my fingers as he just kept pulling and bending. It was so painful. When I complained he got up kicked the chair to the side and told someone else to take over in his language. Fabulous nails and talented staff! We love our fortnightly appointments at the nail depot. Cath, Justina and Bridgette do an amazing job and we would not go anywhere else. My daughter has Bridgette do her nails and she loves the chats and laughter while getting a professional nail treatment. Came to Nail Depot to get my nails and toes done for a wedding which I was a bridesmaid for. First, I was at the salon for over 3 hours as they were understaffed. Experience was interesting. I went to Nail Bar for a mani (which is actually called a full set according to one of the staff) and a pedi.
The whole process felt rushed (doesn't help that I arrived after 7 and they close at 8) nonetheless it was very rushed and far from friendly. Terrible! Started with a 45 minute wait, to the get treated appallingly when I eventually got my nails done. I have never EVER done business with anyone who is as proud of their work, as these wonderful ladies! Cath was gracious enough to even see me on an emergency appointment after one of my nails broke because she didn't want me to be left disappointed. The quality of work that leaves the salon is ALWAYS 100%.
