The first time I came here it was a great experience and the nails looked great but it was done by the best man in the shop. But when I came back there I the experience changed and my nails were breaking and I had to keep coming back and paying £2 for one nail. Just had my gelpolish manicure and padicure done! The quality is soooo awful! First, pedicure lady just wash my legs, without cutting cuticules! Second, technician painted my skin with gel base and have to ask even to shape few nails, because they were left as they were after cutting them! How come? It the worst place to do nails! Absolutely terrible!! The Staff ignore you and they are so rude, their tools are not clean and they rush your nails. My nails were really wonky, I said "can you even out one of my nails" and he completely ignored me and kept it the same. Do not use this place in Burnt ash lane. My daughter had her nails done and a couple of hours later she washed her hands and the polish smudged and came off, when she asked for them to do it again they refused unless she paid again, disgusting service. Read Less
