VERY BAD! Very rude and nails came out rubbish, this was after I’d had my nails done went back to kindly ask them to fix them. Was willing to pay - not full price - but when asked what colour I had and that he’d do the same - why would I a colour the same?!? This colour chipped - I asked for a diffeeent colour and he argued with me.
“You weren’t going to pay me we’re you?!” Is what he asked me!

The service is appalling, the staff are disrespectful.
I used to enjoy getting my nails done but they began to slack in the quality provided.
My nails would be out of shape and uneven.
They charged me extra for my length, not providing this information until AFTER I was finished. Appropriately this should have been mentioned before cutting length, or at least have a notification around the shop.
I once went there with a friend and my friend was extremely dissatisfied with her outcome, her nails were all different sizes, she’s a bit anxious and doesn’t speak out much and asked for my opinion and I said no I’d complain, ask them to redo it. I too, didn’t like my outcome and decided to bring it up for the both of us and after I did so my friend said what she would like changed and the woman rolled her eyes, began to disrespect us, walked off and called us stupid to her colleagues and they joined in- laughing. On that same day, I had cluster lashes applied. The job was quick and painful. The woman was rude and kept poking my head and tutting as if I was doing something wrong.
2 weeks later the cluster lashes began to fall off as expected - only they REMOVED ALL MY NATURAL LASHES ALONG WITH THEM!
I was left with no lashes and I haven’t been back into that shop ever since. Disgusting service. I have photos of proof as to my eyelashes, and hope Orchid Nails offer me some kind of apology at the least.

Very Unprofessional & Rude & Lie. Recently done my nails (paid £25 for gel) & during procedure not just once but thrice got blood from my fingers as they buffing with their tool & its so painful but no curtesy to apologise! & just next day its start getting stuck to my clothes and realize haven’t done buffing properly & swear on actually one of my nail literally gone off due to poor quality so had to go back within 5 days & explained and they said as its been redone for couple of times so need to take off and redone so why they dint tell me 5days before when i been there & actually been told not gonna charge me extra for redone but shocking as they charged me full amount of take off & redone £30 ! I was one of their regular customer and had suggest some friends & family there but will now not go anymore there & not gonna suggest to Anybody who actually spends bucks and in results just get rough & rude service from staff as well as poor quality! And especially they lied in the beginning that they won’t charge me for extra redone (takeoff & redone nails) but will only pay for polish & they charged me full. Very Shame..

Went today. Used to Love going here but today was a joke. They were busy so got pushed to three different people. Asked for a shellac manicure and literally just got my nails filed and painted. They had the cheek to charge me £20. I used to pay £25 for shellac and manicure with the manicure being advertised at £12 not sure how they worked that out. When I questioned it I got told I should have asked for a manicure which I did ask for and it didn't happen. Then to be told I'm rude because I questioned the price. Surely £20 for gel polish is an absolute joke. If a manicure is £12 and I usually pay £25 for gel polish and a manicure wouldn't you think the gel/shellac on its own would be £13. But I'm rude for asking. These people have really lost their customer service skills and become money grabbing.

He then says eyebrows are paid separately to the woman. I said I paid you £40 and he proceeded to say I don't take money. So paid the woman £10. He was very rude and I've left £10 short and very angry. Won't be coming here again.

I've had several bad visits, I had my lashes done they all fell out the same day then when I went back I later found out she used bonding glue and pulled all my own lashes out, I've had painful pedicu...
I've had several bad visits, I had my lashes done they all fell out the same day then when I went back I later found out she used bonding glue and pulled all my own lashes out, I've had painful pedicures, I've had lumpy acrylics and bumpy shellac and corners buffed off by accident then when I returned to have them sorted they refused to give my money back and would only fix 3 nails even thought they were all bad! Will not be returning as I spend £55 pound in there yesterday and I will never return again, waste of money.

I recently visited here for eyelash extensions, I had previously had them done somewhere else, however thought I would give here a try as its more local. Please PLEASE take my advice and do not get your eyelashes done here. The lady was very rough, rude and caused me a lot of pain. My eyes were burning terribly for an hour afterwards, my face was scorched with a hairdryer as the lady attempted to dry the glue on my lashes, and offensive personal comments were made about my appearance. Please do not waste your money here, this SHOULD be a painless procedure! Never again!!!!

VERY BAD! Very rude and nails came out rubbish, this was after I’d had my nails done went back to kindly ask them to fix them. I've had several bad visits, I had my lashes done they all fell out the same day then when I went back I later found out she used bonding glue and pulled all my own lashes out, I've had painful pedicures, I've had lumpy acrylics and bumpy shellac and corners buffed off by accident then when I returned to have them sorted they refused to give my money back and would only fix 3 nails even thought they were all bad! Will not be returning as I spend £55 pound in there yesterday and I will never return again, waste of money.

I recently visited here for eyelash extensions, I had previously had them done somewhere else, however thought I would give here a try as its more local. Please PLEASE take my advice and do not get your eyelashes done here. The lady was very rough, rude and caused me a lot of pain. My eyes were burning terribly for an hour afterwards, my face was scorched with a hairdryer as the lady attempted to dry the glue on my lashes, and offensive personal comments were made about my appearance.
