The actual services where great, me my mom and my sister all came in to get pedis, me a fill and my mom a color. I called to make a reservation and they took us right away. The lady in the front was nice and the Manger was really nice as well, but the guy who did my nails didn't talk. And kept yelling at me every time I moved. I got a full acrylic set today with Jay and my nails look fantastic! I walked in and didn't have an appointment but I was taken within 15 minutes. Jay made sure my nails looked even and even checked multiple times to make sure they were straight and all the same length. He polished them beautifully as well. Always loved Cozy Nails because they do such an exceptional job with my nails and pedicures. Today I went to get my nails done and had to bring along my 7 month old son. He was not happy about being stuck in his car seat so the staff at Cozy Nails all took turns holding him and playing with him while I was getting my nails done. I couldn't be more appreciative that they took the time in between other customers to entertain my son . So impressed with the service at Cozy Nails & Spa. My first time having my nails done there and I left in love. Today, I used a face cream with sunscreen in it and my nails tinted dark brown. Went in to Cozy in hopes of being squeezed in for a paint change and Jay told me not to worry-- free of charge and repainted beautifully. He was so happy to help and knew all of the original colors by heart. He even used a different top coat this time and told me to come back if anything similar happens.
