I would give this nail shop ZERO stars if I could. When you ask to change your nail colour they tell to move elsewhere to decide because you are wasting their time. I was told this by the owner, who also told me that he would speak to me how he likes because he owns the shop. He is a rude, rude person with no concept of customer service. The person that was doing my nails was also sighing and moaning in their own language. All they care about is making money and shifting customers out as quickly as possible which is understandable if they were busy, but they were not. I have never been treated so badly and experienced such poor service. You should be ashamed of how you decide to speak to customers. I am absolutely appalled by their disgusting service, they lack serious customer service skills and considering they call themselves 5 star nails I don’t under stand how they provide 1 star service. I have gone into their shop for infills for £17 (which is overpriced considering shops I have previously been to charge me £14). I had simply asked for my cuticles to be cut in order for my nails to be presentable. They have said to me this comes under the manicure and they were unwilling to do them. When asked if I was happy with the service, I gave my honest opinion saying I think they were overpriced for what they were charging and the service and that in other shops who are cheaper they don’t mind to dry cut my cuticles. They said that ‘well we are not like other shops and we charge £3’ - the attitude was unbelievable! I told them I would not be returning and they simply said ‘don’t then, goodbye’ - I didn’t really think this is how people speak to customers who are literally paying their wages , I would advise any one who considers this shop to simply go find another nail bar. A local salon with great service and friendly staff. Although there is no dedicated parking, we found it easy to find parking spaces on the road nearby. Although appointments are given priority, we were able to get a full pedicure and manicure with gels for two people with only a few minutes waiting, and were offered tea or coffee while we waited. There are three pedicure seats (one of which will give you a massage) complete with whirlpool foot spas. The pedicure was wonderfully relaxing and the quality of the manicure and gels was a brilliant. Definitely 5 star. Read Less

I took my daughter and her friend (ages 15 and 16) there to get their nails done as an "end of the week treat". First the jerk who did my daughter's nails asked, "your mom got her taxes so she brought you to get your nails done, huh?" Then after a different woman painted her nails, she pointed to an area for my daughter to sit to dry her nails. The technician touched daughter's nail by mistake when she pointed and smudged the paint. She then stated, "if we fix, we have to charge you". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Went here for the 1st time today. It was not a very good service, staff were very rude, the manicure was rushed, she even drew blood when she was clipping my cuticles with no apology. Worried now in case it gets infected. The colour was horrible after I was rushed to choose one and it didn't look like the one I chose at all. The finished result was very messy and blobby. Older male (new) did my nails on the 2nd March 2017, he did not check the length after he cut them all therefore they are very different lengths. As well as this, the nails on my left hand are square shaped and my right being coffin when asking for squoval. One corner of some nails are curved while the others are pointed and the tops are not straight at all. Layer of acrylic is not even on my nails. They are appalling and I shall not be returning. I honestly can't believe the service I had received today. I'm not really someone who leaves reviews but I had to for this place. Worst nail place I have EVER been to! Staff were so rude for example one of the members staff had turnt around to me and said ' sit their, I told you' in a rude manner. I had my hands painted and their were really untidy and messy around the sides and cuticles. I felt my service was very rushed. I had also told one of the members of staff I was really disapointed with the service today and he turnt around and said to me well if your not happy with the service you don't have to come back. Disgusting service. When I asked for a full set they proceeded to ask me why I wanted a full set and what my reason was and that they were going to do infils despite me asking for a full set. I finally got the full set. Even though they painted my nails with the wrong colour and when she smudged my nails she called me an idiot and blamed it on me. The nails didn't look too horrific but definitely not worth £30 she charged me and then 'forgot' to give me my £10 change.
