DO NOT GO HERE! worst nails ever! have just had a full set of acrylic & they look like they are 2 weeks old & need to be filled, gaps everywhere, & so to my daughters. One of her’s also has hair in it & another has a bubble!
Staff are boardering on rude, quiet ruff with your hands & keep swapping throughout so you have no idea if they know what you want as had 3 people from start to finish!

I am very disappointed with the overall experience with diamond nails. I went in for a full set of acrylics and have come out with extremely short uneven nails. I asked for short/medium length which they cut fine, however when they tried to match the length they got shorter and shorter. It got even worse when the nail ‘technician’ started filing my nails down. Not only were they the same length as my natural nails, they were completely different shapes. It was only after I left the shop I saw how bad they looked. I don’t like complaining but my sister convinced me that it wasn’t exceptable to be left like that. When we went back into the shop to ask if there was anything they could do we were treated with disgusting behaviour and made to feel like it was my fault they messed up. I was told that I would have to pay to for them to be taken off and redone without any sort of discount or even apology. Being practically told off and patronised in front of the entire shop is unacceptable and I highly advise people to NOT GO HERE!

so far so good..... I be been here a few times, I highly recommend Ben!! one of the other workers did my nails once but I preferred Ben. I tend to book to avoid disappointment

Been here a few times for gel and Acrylic nails. Went and had the 'pink and white' nails done for the first time. Had no clue how they did them or what they were but the end result was amazing. More natural then most nails. I enjoyed the look more than gel and powder. Lasted me a long time. Thanks Diamond nails :-))))

Quick, efficient and cheap. Don't bother trying to talk to the staff though, I thought I'd somehow upset them on my first few visits as I love a chat, but it seems they are happy to just get the job done with no verbal exchanges- not necessarily rude, just no interest in customer relations!

Bad experience, they just want payments in cash, I have not received my VAT and they don't understand English very well so they made a mistake regarding what I asked at the entrance.

Been going here for about 7 years now, always have Nam who does an amazing job on my nails, never need to tell him what i like. We have a bit of a laugh and a joke. The pedicures can be a bit hit and miss depending on the person doing it, but generally leave happy with the results :-)

Normal experience at a nail shop. Didn't complain when I asked for my acrylics to be a bit shorter (some places get angry when you want them short). Guy who served me was nice and joked around with me...

Do not. I repeat DO NOT go to this shop. Never had to deal with rude nail staff before but for some reason, if you're using student discount, are under the age of 30+ for some reason there's a low level of respect. Not only have they used trainee staff on my nails multiple times, resulting in three of my fingernails breaking in less than two weeks, it's just poor all round. If I'm paying for a service it's my right to say what I want not to be told by someone else what's right for me to be given a half-arsed job.
When a shop is using the right products with the right care, three broken nails shouldn't occur unless your in a specific industry such as being a builder. Otherwise, it just shows the lack of care they put into their job but tbh this always happens when a store becomes popular, I'd say it's down to customers as to why their rushing something that takes on average an hour.
I've started going five star nails now and it's further away but much better quality, and I don't get a dirty look when I ask for them to plug in my phone charger after I've paid them £30!

I am very disappointed with the overall experience with diamond nails. I went in for a full set of acrylics and have come out with extremely short uneven nails. I asked for short/medium length which they cut fine, however when they tried to match the length they got shorter and shorter. It got even worse when the nail ‘technician’ started filing my nails down. Not only were they the same length as my natural nails, they were completely different shapes. It was only after I left the shop I saw how bad they looked. I don’t like complaining but my sister convinced me that it wasn’t exceptable to be left like that.
