I went in there to do my pedicure what a horrible experience !!! She filed my feet so much that now is so painful I can’t even walk ....she was doing all the service very quickly and I didn’t even get the usual massage never again in this place !!

I went for a half hand waxing there last weekend. The usual girl (from Latvia) was not there so another lady was called to take care of me. Absolutely horrific experience! She burned the skin on both ...
I went for a half hand waxing there last weekend. The usual girl (from Latvia) was not there so another lady was called to take care of me. Absolutely horrific experience! She burned the skin on both of my arms - see picture attached. It's been one week since the waxing and I still have bright red spots all over my arms - it's stopped hurting now but not sure when they will heal...

I used this salon for the third time 3 weeks ago. I had a shellac pedicure and manicure done. The girl on my nails was being closely watched by two other members of staff, it was obviously her first time. Another lady decided to start my nails whilst my feet were being done so I had to stretch across the seat which was very uncomfortable. The women pushed down on my nails really hard, which was very painful and made a couple of my nails bleed when she cut back the cuticles. A boy then painted my nails. He expressed surprise that my nails were bleeding but did not offer an apology or a discount. I will not be going back again.

Took my wife there for a treat and she seemed very pleased.
Staffs are very nice and friendly despite I can see some customers were very rude to them.
The place is clean and have a well airy waitin...
Took my wife there for a treat and she seemed very pleased.
Staffs are very nice and friendly despite I can see some customers were very rude to them.
The place is clean and have a well airy waiting area in which I was very comfortable sitting in waiting for my wife.
Would defo recommend this place!

I found their awareness of health and safety to be limited in the extreme. By asking me to place my hands under an electronic (mains linked) nail dryer whilst having both feet submerged in water.

I found their awareness of health and safety to be limited in the extreme. By asking me to place my hands under an electronic (mains linked) nail dryer whilst having both feet submerged in water.
Items used without cleaning from one client to another.
Not one for a repeat visit.

This was the second time I have been to this salon - the first was OK - not great, one nail came off after a week. But the next time I went 2 of them were peeling off that same evening - they were so badly done I didnt want to bother going back to complain - instead I just went elsewhere

Wonderful salon with wonderful, friendly staff who do a fantastic job on mine and my daughters nails. All staff speak very good english too which makes a nice change not having to explain in a million...

Me and my daughters always visit this salon and i have to say our nails always come out looking stunning and they always last a long time too. The staff are lovely too. Would never go anywhere else

My wife always comes back with a smile after visiting this place. She persuaded me to try a pedicure...WOW. My feet have never felt so good. Fantastic service. Thanks. Would definitely recommend.

Moved to Twickenham recently and I have been to this nail salon three times now. All the technicians are friendly and the quality of finish is excellent. The shellac also lasts! The salon is also organised and when it's busy they book customers in time slots rather than having a queue of people sitting getting frustrated. Best nail shop!!

I went for a half hand waxing there last weekend. The usual girl (from Latvia) was not there so another lady was called to take care of me. Absolutely horrific experience! She burned the skin on both of my arms - see picture attached. I used this salon for the third time 3 weeks ago. I had a shellac pedicure and manicure done. The girl on my nails was being closely watched by two other members of staff, it was obviously her first time. Another lady decided to start my nails whilst my feet were being done so I had to stretch across the seat which was very uncomfortable. The women pushed down on my nails really hard, which was very painful and made a couple of my nails bleed when she cut back the cuticles. A boy then painted my nails. He expressed surprise that my nails were bleeding but did not offer an apology or a discount. I will not be going back again.

Took my wife there for a treat and she seemed very pleased.
Staffs are very nice and friendly despite I can see some customers were very rude to them.
The place is clean and have a well airy waiting area in which I was very comfortable sitting in waiting for my wife.
Would defo recommend this place!

This was the second time I have been to this salon - the first was OK - not great, one nail came off after a week. But the next time I went 2 of them were peeling off that same evening - they were so badly done I didnt want to bother going back to complain - instead I just went elsewhere

Moved to Twickenham recently and I have been to this nail salon three times now. All the technicians are friendly and the quality of finish is excellent. The shellac also lasts! The salon is also organised and when it's busy they book customers in time slots rather than having a queue of people sitting getting frustrated. Best nail shop!!
