Every single time I come here, I call ahead to ensure they have the availability for me. I don’t want to sit around waiting and I also do not want the job to be rushed. The first few times I came, the service was adequate. Recently, the service was terrible. I went in today to get some infills. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes despite calling ahead, the man rushed the job. The shapes on all of my nails are all different! He also burnt me with the drill (more than once.) this is the last chance I have given this nail shop. I highly recommended any first timers go else where. In response to the shops reply: as I clearly stated, I called to see if you have availability NOT to book an appointment. I do not appreciate you accusing me of lying. Human error does not excuse burning a client without an apology. I am really disappointed with your response and will be advising my friends and colleagues not to attend your shop. The only nail salon I will go to. Kim always greets me by name and with genuine welcome. They always do an amazing job. No matter what I ask for they do it and to very high standards. Fabulous. I wish there was a 6th star. My nails last longer than 3 weeks and the outcome is beautiful. I've been local and a customer for 2 years now - no other nail salon I've tried is as good. Very polite staff, very clean and tidy salon, great student discount price. Their instagram account always keeps me wanting my nails done and inspires me with new ideas. I can honestly say Helen's nails is the best nail shop Iv been to. I look for quality and a good price (being a uni student) and helens has met both of my needs. I have been going there for a while now and every time they have given me amazing results. The staff make you feel welcomed as they are so kind and friendly. They love creating new styles suited just for you and always give you the perfect nails you want. I have also been to other nail places around twickenham and Kingston and I can honestly say Helen's nails has been the best. I had my nails done during the week, infills, shellac and pedicure for my hen party this weekend and I absolutely loved them! I don't really like trying different nail salons, however after having a terrible experience at Kingston I had to go somewhere else. My friend recommended me this place and I'm glad now that I gave it a go. All of the nail technicians are very friendly always offering you a cup of tea or coffee when you get your nails done, they make you feel so welcome. I had a shellac done here and I'm so pleased with the result!! You can tell that these technicians have years of experience as they work so professionally. I definitely recommend this place!
