When I first started going when this salon opened, the customer service was much better. However recently it has been appalling. The last 2 times I have gone for a pedicure that has been been completely rushed and not done to the standard it was before. They used to give a hot towel treatment to the feet after applying moisturiser which they haven’t done the last two times and on top of that they have put the price up from £25 to £26. Theres one particular male staff member who is very rude. However the other male is much better, his pedicures are much better quality and he takes his time. I will not be going back again. Plenty of other nail salons in Teddington .

This is a very reasonable priced nail salon, plus my polish lasted over two weeks, no chipping. Plus their fast working people & very neat. The only problem is parking. I've been twice & I'm very satisfied. I will return.

I've been going off and on since they opened but the last couple of times they seem to be very disinterested and all very unprofessional - the file cut into my nail bed and hurt like mad but no apolog...
I've been going off and on since they opened but the last couple of times they seem to be very disinterested and all very unprofessional - the file cut into my nail bed and hurt like mad but no apology and the last time I had short nails and a few long ones and with 3 days 2 popped off - not going back as I'm very disappointed 😐

Went in on Saturday, they were happy to see me as a walk in. I had my nails done there 3 weeks ago so I kind of knew what to expect, i had 2 shellac nails left on and she GROUND them off as well as ha...
Went in on Saturday, they were happy to see me as a walk in. I had my nails done there 3 weeks ago so I kind of knew what to expect, i had 2 shellac nails left on and she GROUND them off as well as half my nail, the bottle said "soak off", so I was quite suprized to see this, during my manicure, the technician cut my critical and it was bleeding but she did not look at me or acknowledged she had done it, she just spoke to the guy next to her, in her own language and he passed her a small bottle which she put on my bleeding cuticle, OMG, it was like vinegar and I was in so much pain, WOUKD NEVER GO BACK! And she had the bloody nerve to charge me an extra £2.00 for the removal of the original shellac. There was no apology, no nothing and I had to ask for another coat as it was still seethrough, photos have been taken in case I get an infection, today is Monday and my finger is still sore ! Wish you could add photos as the colour is under my nail as well. Not a nice place to have your nails done, go elsewhere. If I could have they would have received zero stars !!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!

Myself and my colleagues have been going here since it opened. We booked on a Friday after work to have our nails done together - as a treat.
After turning up on time, they had obviously taken no notice of their bookings and were full. Finally we took a seat, where only one of us began to get our nails done.
After 15 minutes my friend asked if they would be much longer to which (without lifting their heads to look at her) they said 5! Half an hour after our booking time, she was still waiting with not a sorry in sight!!
She left, this was not a nice treat like was expected. The service is appalling to say the least and after telling all or colleagues to go there we will now be saying otherwise!

When I first started going when this salon opened, the customer service was much better. However recently it has been appalling. The last 2 times I have gone for a pedicure that has been been completely rushed and not done to the standard it was before. Myself and my colleagues have been going here since it opened. We booked on a Friday after work to have our nails done together - as a treat.
