Absolutely horrible experience here! Waited 20 minutes to be seen, then I had one of the men and he was so rude! Kept huffing and puffing when I asked if he could shape my nails better and cut me 4 times and made me bleed, he then laughed after he did it! He was going to charge me the full price but I said he cut me and I wasn't going to pay it! So he let me off £5 (how kind of him) I just wanted to get out the shop! Really bad customer service! They are stilling money from people! Be aware and stay away from them, when you are going to pay after leave the money on the counter they take it away and ask you to pay again saing that you haven’t give them any money, they usually do that with people that are not able to defend themselves, another trick that they use is to charge you much more than what you think you were going to pay. They don’t even release any receipt of payment!! Very bad people, they usually trick old lady and very gentle woman. Usually they arise the voice and humiliate yourself after stilling your money, without you having the opportunity to explain yourself and there are no cameras. My sister and I went to this nail salon earlier today. My sister only went for infills and I went for a full set. The peraon who done my sisters nail rushed the job and left parts for her nails un-filled which now makes them look bumpy and uneven. On both of ur nails the nail varnish ans finish is not what what we wanted we both have chip in our varnish already I myself have bubbles in my nail varnish why as my sisters look so unattractive due to the bumps and in some places you can see where they painted on the varnish, not what you would have expected from a well known nail salon. And when my sister went to give in her card to be stamped they said as she already has a new one so they wouldn't stamp her existing one she got the last time she went. I have been going to USA nails for at least 11 years and always found staff to be lovely. HOWEVER yesterday I encountered such a rude member of staff I was speechless ! I had the cheek to put some hand lotion on my hand before the final finish and I was tutted and huffed and puffed at and told I should never do that again - the lady was so rude I could hardly speak ! I have encountered her rudeness before but thought it was a one off - if the manager had been at the premises I would have complained.As a customer of 11 years I am not sure now if I can go back. First visit was great. I had shellac nails done to perfection. Second time I had a different lady and she wasnt as good and didnt undercoat or apply a second coat. It felt very rushed. I will visit again in the hope I get someone apply them. Read Less

My partner uses this place. It's a bit hit and miss. Go early enough and you'll avoid the massive queues. However if a massive queue builds up behind you, they will rush doing your nails! It's all about timing. pick the quieter times and you'll get a nice nail job at a really good price. At busy times, they'll rush you through. The staff are well known for grumpiness and having loud arguments in their own language too, which can make customers feel rather uncomfortable. Read Less
