Awful experience. Nail chipped a few days after having it done. I’ve been having SNS for years and never ever had this happen. I went back to get it fixed and they refused. Lady was rude just saying they didn’t have time...honestly how long does it take to fix one nail?! Girls just go elsewhere there are far better places that offer a much better service

The nails are great and they have the best selection of polish in Sutton that I have seen so far however the older women behind the desk was quite rude and gave me several dirty looks when I stuggled with a nail colour. (The man who did my nails was lovely tho)

Your experience and quality of nails depends on who does it. I've got my nails done several times from here, for the most part the service I've received is poor. The girl was incredibly rude and refused to give me 3 coats (to make the polish fully opaque) and I left with sheer polish and could still see my nail underneath. She was also extremely rough with the nail file and I was in discomfort throughout the process. My cuticles was also done extremely poorly. However, the youngish guy who works there is very good and gives you a great manicure.
I will not be returning as most of the staff are disappointing to say the least and it's a shame, as they have potential, but have no idea how to keep a customer.

never been one to change nail shops but recently started coming here. Staff are lovely and do exactly what you want no matter how technical or hard designs can be. Shop is absolutely sparkling and clean. Very easy to communicate and talk with! Do my nails exactly how i like them and impressed every single time i leave! Love that i can call up and book an appointment . Young girl that works there around the shop and on reception is lovely too. Would highly recommend x

Very sad to say that certain members of the staff are very rude. The skill set is high, the salon is clean but the attitude of some of the staff is shocking. I have been going to infinity nails since it opened but when you’re paying nearly £60 for treatments and staff are rude and abrupt it’s time to look elsewhere.

Only just found this salon. Had a pedicure and was impressed, staff very friendly and attentive. Salon is clean and has nice decor. Pedi chairs are well looked after and they have great range of opi nail polishes. I will definitely return

Very nice and clean when we walked in was very impressed to start with found the staff quite rude when a friend asked if they had a certain colour she said go and look yourself Had my car parked out the front one of the staff members tried to squeeze the car next to mine and damaged mine when I asked who's car it was no one wanted to own up finally found out who it belonged to and she wasn't that bothered and said well I couldn't get parked (so that must make it ok right ?) After asking for her insurance details she wanted to then asked to pay in cash I told her how much it would be and asked if I could do it cheaper just found the whole experience very disappointing avoid if you can

My daughter and I popped in at 6.45pm on the off chance. Both had a full set of acrylics and were over the moon with the quality, price, environment and staff. Will definitely use again!

Although the treatment I received was good, it wasn't what I wanted or what I had booked for. The guy who done the treatment was very rude, didn't really speak to me, just over me to his colleague in Chinese. Didn't listen to me either, biggest issue was that the tools were dirty. Colour I chose was purple on the colour selection, didn't inform me that it's colour changing so I actually have clear nails not purple unless my hands are cold.... Was also told I couldn't have a different colour on my ring finger... yet in the majority of photos everybody has a different colour ring finger.. Unfortunately probably won't go back to here to get any treatment.

I wouldn't recommend. Quality of work varies depending on who does it. Two coats or one coat and nails not fully dry when leaving.

Infinity Nails opened up round the corner from me which is a life saver sometimes . It's beautiful inside and the staff are very thorough and the pedicures are fantastic. everything is organised and the shelac choice is huge too. Definitely recommend, the loyalty card is super helpful too!

Tried this nail salon for the first time today 21/06/16, £5 cheaper than the usual shop I go to and were absolutely amazing. The lady that did my nails took her time and made sure they were perfect before I left, didn't rush me and made me feel really welcome. Will definitely be going back.

Just had a pedicure and an acrylic full set at Infinity Nails. The shop is spotless- which is really important to me, as I have been in some less than clean places previously. The staff are lovely and their skills are great. I would highly recommend Infinity Nails. I will be telling all my friends.

Your experience and quality of nails depends on who does it. I've got my nails done several times from here, for the most part the service I've received is poor. The girl was incredibly rude and refused to give me 3 coats (to make the polish fully opaque) and I left with sheer polish and could still see my nail underneath. Very sad to say that certain members of the staff are very rude. The skill set is high, the salon is clean but the attitude of some of the staff is shocking. I have been going to infinity nails since it opened but when you’re paying nearly £60 for treatments and staff are rude and abrupt it’s time to look elsewhere.

Although the treatment I received was good, it wasn't what I wanted or what I had booked for. The guy who done the treatment was very rude, didn't really speak to me, just over me to his colleague in Chinese. Didn't listen to me either, biggest issue was that the tools were dirty. Colour I chose was purple on the colour selection, didn't inform me that it's colour changing so I actually have clear nails not purple unless my hands are cold.... Was also told I couldn't have a different colour on my ring finger... yet in the majority of photos everybody has a different colour ring finger.. Unfortunately probably won't go back to here to get any treatment.
