This shop just looks nice. I’m new to the area and thought I’d try it out since it looked very professional etc! The standard of work is terrible. I asked for full set acrylic and the lady stated she only does gel nails so it forced me to spend an extra £2 which really wasn’t worth it. The nails wasn’t applied properly and she couldn’t even file the nails in a square shape so she had to rebuild the nail to shape again. In addition to this, they didn’t even have hand dryers to dry your nails once polished and my nails were ruined within 5mins of leaving the shop! However the staff are friendly! BUT your not paying for friendship! So it’s irrelvant if your not getting what you paid for! Read Less

Awful!!! Freezing cold, lovely beautician but I've never had anything like it. Dry pedicure was awful (who has a dry pedicure and pays 20 odd £s) and they tried to overcharge me. I would never recommend! Read Less

I went to Nail Me to get my shellac done for a close family wedding. I had a Groupon voucher given as a gift. Absolutely dissapointed with my nails. My toe nail rubbed off and smudges all over my bathroom floor (ruining my floor), it then smudged all over my fingers and this was even before the wedding events had started! Nail me were very cooperative and removed my shellac for free and gave me back my refund for anything extra I paid above the Groupon voucher. However wh...en I contacted them to email me with the confirmation of what had happened as I needed to forward this to the Groupon team inorder to get my money back, noone got back to me even after sending numerous messages on their website! Ladies at the shop are wonderful, however I'm waiting for the boss/manager to have the decency to reply to my query. Terrible management. Came here for the first time to get my acrylics done (first time as well). I showed the lady (I couldn't catch her name) a picture of how I wanted my nails and she did it exactly how it was shown. She wasnt harsh on my natural nails and was careful when filing especially near the nail bed. The service was good and I recommend this nail bar to anyone who wants quality service. Read Less

I went in there this afternoon booked an appointment few days in advance told them what I wanted and it was fine. Only to go there and be refused to get gel sculptures, which they knew I was going to get done!!! I personally think the girl did not know how to do them. Read Less

I had a groupon voucher and tried to book an appointment. When I called the lady said the earliest I could come in was the following day but I urgently needed an appointment so asked her to call me if she had any cancellations. Although she called and asked me to come in on the same day, I was happy. When I got there I thought they would be super busy which is why she couldn't give me an appointment but it was completely empty! Then my shellac manicure and pedicure was of ve...ry low standard. I have had both done before from different places and this was nothing like those. When I asked the lady if this is what is included as I was expecting a proper pedicure, she said "we need your nails dry for shellac", which was misleading. Poor customer service! Rude staff. No wifi available to customers. Bought a groupon went for my appointment, couldn't access the app, and was refused to use store wifi. After going outside finally opened voucher, and was then told I was too late! They refused to serve me despite knowing that I had arrived early and that I was having trouble accessing the code! Strangely they said they could not serve me as they had other customers which was funny as the place was completely empty. It was fine for them to cancel my original appointment but for me to have problems with my app due to no wifi I was shunned! Rubbish service I will never use them. Went here to get Gel nails for the first time. I have to say the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Bindiya did my nails and she worked with such precision and gave great customer service. End result: Perfection!! I was so pleased with my nails and her advice on colours and style helped me make the right choice. Great place usually where I love my pedicures! This time all nude shades were out of stock and no new colours! Ended up with a colour I didn't even want for the sake of getting them done. Please can you get new colours makes such a difference! Read Less
