IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: It is very difficult to make one's feelings know, when your staff and being rude and rushing you! She didn't even make eye contact! Also, YOU should make it clear that you charge £3 additional for polish, which I have NEVER paid at any other salon when having nails removed, common sense I'd want my nails polished after a take off. PLUS she did an abysmal job! I have pictures! Original review: I am an avid review writer, and only post honest/detailed reviews, which is why I never write a review until I have been somewhere at least 3 or 4 times. The previous 3 times I really enjoyed my experience, hence why I came back this 4 time. On Saturday 29th October, I went there for a nail take off, the lady was rushing and she didn't remove the nails properly. Also, she charged me £13 instead of the £10 that is advertised on their board, there were no extras given, just a nail removal! She then rushed my polish, which made it lumpy in places as she did not wait for it dry before applying an additional coat, because it was lumpy it cracked in just few hours after application (I have photos, if I find a way to add them, i will). The woman (who sits on the third station) made me feel so uncomfortable as if i was bothering her for paying her to do my nails! I felt to complain, but after her cold demeanor I just wanted to get out of the shop! That was my 4th...and will be my last time in this salon. It's a shame that this one person ruined what could have been a great Salon. I, and my 3 cousins who live near the salon, and who I obviously told about my experience, refuse to use here again!
