Not sure about this store. I went in to make an appointment and it was quite awkward and not too friendly, but I took it as they must of had a stressful morning. I went in had a shellac and it was quite clumpy and not put on very well. It was a test of colour from my sister-in-laws wedding (I was the maid of honour) she didn't like it so I booked an appointment to take it off after a few weeks. I booked an other appointment close to the wedding with a colour my sister-in-law did like, it was for the morning when they opened, so I then could go off to the wedding in the afternoon out of London. Unfortunately they were late and I was waiting for a while, it was quite disappointing. I did get a call to rearrange but it was specifically for the wedding so I didn't go back and stopped off at boots on the way to grab a nail varnish to do myself. They were friendly but I'm not sure I would go there again. My nails have taken quite a while to recover from the removal of the shellac as they sanded it off, it may be normal to do this but personally it didn't leave my nails in good condition. Read Less

Came into this salon today with my friend we both wanted a full set and a pedicure, we got seen straight away in a very friendly manor and got offered a coffee or tea, the treatments were done to a very high standard we are both so pleased with the results and the service. Brought my daughter here as a spa birthday present. She was dealt with straight away and was given the best service. She's really happy with her nails and eyebrows, I myself also had a pedicure and I am happy with the outcome. I will be coming back again with my wife. Just walked out of here fuming! Worst experience I have ever had I would advise going somewhere else or even getting your toddler to do your nails, it would be a lot quicker. So my appointment was at half 1 for a gel pedicure and full set and didn't walk out until 5:20 and didn't even get my nails finished. The girl was lovely who done my pedicure but she was still in school and wasn't qualified or even in training this resulted in me having to get my toes redone which then ...took another hour as they was running between other people. As the guy was talking to me he was saying he's got no staff (no wonder why as he was soo rude to the young girls) anyway he basically offered me a job and said if I new anyone who was looking they don't need to be qualified he will show them how to do a "quick" paint. Going on to my full set he couldn't finish my nails so I had to go out the back and file them down myself when finally sitting me back down he then went on to tell me he don't do airbrush no more because he can't be bothered to clean the machine anymore and he couldn't do ombré or any other nail art, shocking. After me then complaining tried to charge me full price without my nails being painted at all, there all different lengths because he rushed it. If I could give a zero rating I would. Just been in for an acrylic infil and the guy is juggling me and another client. He has some kind of wart on his hand and he proceeded to try and glue my nails where they had lifted. I questioned him on three occasions and he disregarded my comments so I walked out. I rang in advance to see if I could pop down to have my nail extensions removed and was told to come down straight away. there were already 3 customers and only 3 staff. I sat with my hands in acetone for literally an hour. More customers arrived and were ushered in, I felt like telling them not to bother unless they had all day. One lady had to leave to catch a train. I think they need to implement an appointment booking system, it was like he just couldn't say no to people, but I would have much rather he'd told me on the phone to come back at a set time, and I would have been there for minutes rather than hours.Read Less

I wouldn't recommend booking online as the Treatwell booking system lets you book treatments that aren't actually available. I booked to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted however when I got to the salon only waxing was available. The salon called me chasing me up to see if I was still coming 5 minutes before I was even supposed to be there !!! The beautician that did my eyebrows seemed to need quite a lot of direction from me - it didn't really come across as checking I was happy with what she was doing - more like a lack of confidence in what she was doing. On the upside I wasn't charged full price as they couldn't offer the treatment I'd booked to have. I don't think I'll be going back - I'd rather pay the right price for the right treatment from a confident beautician. Read Less

Had my nails done here a week ago. I had found nails on this page and asked for the same as the photo what I got was completely different and one hand is different to the other one hand has blue sparkles in it that I didn't ask for.I arrived there at 11.15 it was 2.30 when I left. He was still allowing people to come in and wait without telling them how long they would be waiting and some waiting hours. There is a young girl working there who is studying beauty in college she is quite professional and very friendly but I found the way Ken spoke to her to be terrible. He spoke to her rudely infront of myself and other customers leaving the girl embarrassed and the customers also embarrassed. Read Less

Made an appointment online today and was in the salon an hour later. I was welcomed straight away and made a lovely cup of tea and then discussed what I wanted with the nail technician. I brought some pictures with me and I am extremely impressed! My nails look stunning and are exactly how I wanted and the same as the photo. Thank you so much!
