My mum my sister and I have been using lily nails for years but sadly after yesterdays expierience I will NEVER be going back. Took my nan with dementia in there yesterday and she is a very calm quiet lady, as soon as we arrived I felt as if they didn’t want to give my nan a manicure and Maia done her nails and every time my nan spoke or asked her a question she just shook her head and looked annoyed! I had to go and sit my nan down on the chair as they never helped her or held the chair still! Also then 10 minuates after they refused to do my nans nails and then had the cheek to ask me for 10 pound!!! Rude horrible people! They would of had to take a bit longer with my nan as she is a little fragile, it’s like they didn’t want to do that and take there time it’s as if they wanted the next customer in the chair. I’m glad my nan has short time memory so she doesn’t remember this expierience!!!!!! I thought out off all the places lily nails would be kind but I thought wrong !!!!! Not a good customer service. Rude staff on the phone. They dont know how to talk when someone is asking for the appointment. Last time when I went there for eyebrows after taking the appointment, I had to wait for long and when I asked how much i have to wait more, one of the staff did it unhappily. I understand that they dont get a great deal of money for eyebrows and upperlip as compared to nails, then why bother to advertise it. No one will come to you if you dont. Read Less
