So, me and my friend just been to this salon....we have called before to ask if we can make our nails today, they said yes come at 6...we have waited about half hour to be seen. The quality of both mine, and my friends nails are absolutely hideous!!!! You can see this in the pictures I have attached!!!! And on top of all, I paid for mine £26 and my friends £24. This was the first time I visited this nail salon. I was looking for a decent nail salon in Ruislip. I read the reviews before i decided and they had good and bad reviews but I thought to give them a try. I was kindly greeted as i stepped in to the Nail World salon. The young lady spoke good english and to my surprise all the nail technicians spoke very good english. You rarely get that in other nail salons. The price was reasonable. I was also offered a drink, thats another surprise because my previous salon never offered me a thing. My nails was done thoroughly and painted very professionally. I must say i am very happy with the results. My nail tech kept asking me to check the standards and if i wanted to rectify anything. All was perfect and she started to apply the nail polish. Service was 5* to top it of the coffee went down as a treat. So glad i decided Nail World. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone. Read Less

I have been going to this place for over four years now and have always had the best service. Friendly, professional and are always willing to go above and beyond - I’ve always left there feeling satisfied and with fab nails! Staff are friendly, lovely and talkative with a cup of tea or coffee for u and just genuinely nice atmosphere inside. Great clean conditions and great prices! I've been using this shop for years but no longer. The best staff move on, the guy in charge double books appointments constantly or doesn't even write them in the book, then you have to wait 45 mins to be seen. I have made appointments only to find that particular staff member isn't even working that day. Staff supervision is poor as they are always checking their phones and often hold a conversation on it while doing your nails! If you arrive at 10 am when they open, some staff wander in up to 15 minutes late with no apology and that seems acceptable to the management. Generally the quality of manicures and pedicures is good but customer service is everything and they fail badly at this. Sorry Nail World, you need to get your act together!! Read Less

Always a rushed job, some of the staff are polite in there but some are extermerly rude, especially a younger man I had once who literally huffed when HE smudged the side of my nail. You are left waiting, they rush the job and if you ever ask for anything other than a plain nail polish or plain acrylics its seems as if it is a huge problem. Do not go here if you are looking to pamper yourself or get some beautiful nails that last long. They don't take any care and the nails look cheap. It is a shame because some of the girls there are good and I have been going there for years- people pay a lot of money for their service and should be treated nicer. Read Less

After using this nail shop for years today I was left feeling humiliated after being shouted at in front of a shop full of customers because I queried a price. Generally the ladies in there are all very nice and do a fantastic job, but after being in the shop today for almost 1hour and 45mins, having my infills completed by 3 members of staff who did not do a good job and then being shouted at by two members of staff for simply querying the price I was being charged as it was higher than normal it's clear to me that the shop no longer needs my custom. No longer recommend but of course you can go to this store if you want to be shouted at and overcharged. Read Less
