Went there last week for manicure and pedicure with gel polish and cost £50 but what I didn't like is the guy who did them as I could see he was rushing and has no shame not doing it well. I hate to argue so I wont be going back. They don't issue receipt as well and it just goes straight to their pocket. Poor service. Rude staff, wrong design on my nails, poor quality nail polish that was actually running out. Painted my nails and smudged them and attempted to fix them only ruining them further and the rest of my nails are dented. Not only that but there is nail glue over my fingers! had been going here for a while and even now i don't know why. they are so rude and even though you are a regular customer they are so rude. all the care about it making money so you can leave with an awful set of nails as they have tried to do the quickest job possible. what you pay for doesn't meet up to the standard of the service. if one of your nails is wonky or smudged they act like it is your fault. theres only about two people in there capable of nice nails, but i will not waste my money their anymore! go to jessica's nails in ruislip! amazing nails and so friendly, bit more expensive but you get what you pay for!!! Nail file was not fresh to me it had been used else where.He filed to hard at the end of the nail causing friction burns. Pushed the toe nail cuticle to far back made it very sore for a week could hardly touch the toe it was so bad 1 star is too many DO NOT GO HERE Read Less

Do not go here. Older lady in there thinks she's something special and was just so rude and rough pulling my hands because she couldn't do the new metallic nails. In there 3 hours and my nails are terrible. I actually can't believe I paid as need to get them done again day after. Even though nails finished of bysomeone, she hadn't a clue what she's doing😡 Worst nail shop I've ever been too and I've used quite a few in Eastcote and Ruislip. Read Less

I've had a full set of nail extensions and gel polish done here twice now and very happy with both. They're not chatty but I'm totally fine with that, a good manicure is much more important to me. They have fitted me in at short notice both times and the whole thing only takes about half an hour. My first one lasted 4 weeks and would probably have been longer had I not banged my hand and popped one nail off. They have the best equipment of anywhere I have been and having a motion sensitive lamp either side is a revelation! I think it's also really good value at £25, which other salons charge for just a gel polish. I actually went today after having paid £25 at another salon this morning who ended up doing a really terrible polish so I would definitely recommend. Read Less

I got a gel nail manicure a week and a half ago. For the money spent, I feel like it should be better quality. I managed to file the edges down so it wouldn't get worse. It's now peeling. The last one I got elsewhere was half the price and lasted twice as long. Disappointed. Read Less
