Unfortunately I can't give minus zero stars, but this is by far the worst nail shop I have been...and I have given it a number of chances. Last time I went, I had thick lumpy shellac coated on my nails (big chunks missing) and there was more on my skin then my actual nail. Absolutely terrible - I even got comments from friends/family who also agreed these were shocking, it looked like a toddler had done them. Wanted them off the second I came out. If I could give a minus review I would... showed numerous images to nail tech, who's response was to roll her eyes and really not give a toss at all. She proceeded to file my natural nail bed down until they were sore, god knows why but now I can't have another set done until they have grown a little. Wanted chrome nude rose gold tone nails, numerous examples shown, matched to colour in shop but Received hot pink patchy nails. Had to stop her from putting top coat on and tr...y to remedy the patchy chrome... she tried to argue that they were supposed to look like that. I Insisted she do them again... slightly better and by this point just wanted to get out. She then starts to cut my cuticles down and she cuts me twice! She ignores this and carried on like nothing happened, by this point I just wanted to give her any amount of money to let me get out and away from her miserable face. I paid £40 for the worst nails I have EVER had. Once out in the light they just looked horrendous, glitter and acrylic was all over my cuticles and wonky. My friend called up and was told they wouldn't refund (even though they were shown pics of the cuts and the rubbish job), told I could go back to have them changed but why would I want to go back to have them ruined even more!? Do not use these! I spent over 40£ on nails for one to break 5 days later. After there opening times says till 7 I called to book in for a replacement and they couldn't squeeze me in for one nail as 6 is there last appointment. I work from 8.30-6.00 and to take 5 minuets to replace a nail I thought they would of offered as I paid along for them to be done. Had my nails done here a week ago and they have all started coming off. Asked to come in and show them and basically got told it's them growing out. Ive had my nails done for years and know the difference. This is the worst nail shop I have been to and its horrible! Read Less

I've just came in with my mum of which she had an appointment at 5:45. I called around half 1 yesterday to book her in of which the new girl answered the phone and confirmed Kerry at 5:45. I've just came in to be told basically I'm a liar and I didn't book. If u know me well I always come in and I always book before hand so why wouldn't I book my mum in and just turn up?! I won't be coming to your shop no more as being told I'm a liar is disgusting and unprofessional of you. You might need to train your staff and remembering appointments when people call. Thanks. I booked an appointment for my friend for her Christmas present, as my usual nail technician was fully booked. Upon seeing my friends nails when she walked out of the shop, I quickly noticed the dreadful quality of the paint job. I went back to ask for a refund on the paint job so we could have it done elsewhere in a polite and calm manner. I also apologised for disturbing the technician at such a busy time. The technician who did the nails, Linda, proceeded to put her open ...palm in my face as I was speaking, and shouted at my friend in an aggressive tone you either sit down and we fix it in an hour or get out. I said that her behaviour was very unprofessional and that I was unhappy. I didn't think she should have spoken to me like that. She shouted her replies very aggressively: "whatever" "what you gonna do about it" "I can do what I like". I suffer with severe anxiety, agoraphobia and other mental health disabilities, and I was very shaken with how I was treated. I have been trying to get outside the house more and enjoy life and this experience has left me scarred. I was completely belittled and degraded in a public place. I had an anxiety attack which made my friend very uncomfortable. I think others should know about what happened to avoid anybody else of a sensitive nature or with disabilities getting treated like this. See more Read Less

Really poor service tonight and not the first time. Went to shop told fully booked till five so made an appointment for five sat there for forty five mins asked Linda how long for my infill told another fifteen twenty mins NOT GOOD appreciate running late but when I was told to book for five expect to be seen somewhere around that time and the man on reception was still telling customers comin in the wait was thirty mins!!! I am totally gutted but I will NOT be going in there again you cannot treat people this way. Read Less

This place doesn't even deserve one star. It's by far the worst experience I've ever had! We were 3 people booked in for 2 pedicures and manicures and one just for a manicure at 3.30pm. When we got there we were told to sit and wait, so the girls were running behind. Fair enough. It happens to the best us. We were then taken to the backing the shop where one of us were started on a pedicure. The 2 others were sat to wait. When the girl finished the first pedicure one other... girl was taken to have a pedicure done. The other technician then proceeded to do the mailbox a girl who walked in AFTER us. And the last girl in our group was left to wait until the other two girls were almost done! That means that our appointment, which should have been no more than 1.5 hours took 2.5 hours. We were supposed to enjoy our time together but instead were split up completely. At the end when I complained to the man at the reception I was told:" It happens to everyone!!"
