Thanh has been doing my nails for over 12 years and although I no longer live in Essex ill only let her do my nails. She is amazing at what she does and i literally get complements everywhere I go. Not only are they beautiful but they last! Literally couldn't recommend a better salon! She also makes a great cup of tea

The poor lady had to deal with my ridiculous ticklish feet, but did a wonderful job, a bargain! All ready for me posh wedding with gorgeous feet!

Awful customer service. Was very rude and impatient when painting nails. Also rushed and applied several coats without waiting for Polish to dry. No doubt nails appeared roughly done and chipped within 24 hours.

Absolutely shocking service, lady is so rude and unprofessional. The lady was talking on the phone ignoring my wife's instructions to be careful with one nail she was being rough with, which then brok...
Absolutely shocking service, lady is so rude and unprofessional. The lady was talking on the phone ignoring my wife's instructions to be careful with one nail she was being rough with, which then broke of because the lady was chatting away on the phone. Can you imagine the pain my wife was in, even then the lady was so abrupt and unsympathetic. There are about 5 other nail places within 3 minutes walk on the same road. Do yourself a favour and take warning from us not to use this place.

The owner of the shop was so rude!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone... Plus my nails look so crap..

Not only are they beautiful but they last! Literally couldn't recommend a better salon! She also makes a great cup of tea
