Disgusting service!!! the shaping of the nails are very very basic they seem to only do the same shape and seem as though they are rushing, very rough when handling clients had my fingers/cuticles cut...
Disgusting service!!! the shaping of the nails are very very basic they seem to only do the same shape and seem as though they are rushing, very rough when handling clients had my fingers/cuticles cut a few times which isn't very pleasant and just overall rude service. would not recommend!

The staff are extremely lovely and my nails came out absolutely beautiful! I normally go to for gel polish as it normally stays on for longer but I decided to go for normal varnish this time as I didn’t have much money on me!! But their nail varnish stayed on really well

I visited the salon on Saturday and the nail technician made no effort to start a conversation with me. The place only accepts CASH and nowhere on the window, tills or door does it say NO CARD. To my embarrassment they had to take my phone while i went to the cash point to get money. I will look elsewhere for my nails now

Always have a brilliant result and nails always last over a month but wished some of them in there would smile and make u feel more welcome ... a tea or coffee with a pedicure wouldn't go a miss eithe...

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loved it. She had a set of pink and white acrylic nails and she said it was done really nicely and lasted very long. She also told me that she has been to a lot of other nail shops but none of them was nearly as good as Imperial Nails.

Absolute waste of time!! Been here for an hour and a half and they still haven't finished my pedicure and I have my poor son with me. Never again!!
