Waited 30 mins to be called over, sat in the chair for another 20 and still no service so I left, meanwhile people walking in getting served straight away! Oh and last time I went all my nail beds got infected, do not go!

NEVER USE AGAIN! My mum had a simple pedicure with normal polish on hands and feet but we were in there for 1 hour 45 minutes. The man doing the pedicure cut the heel of her foot and was trying to sto...
NEVER USE AGAIN! My mum had a simple pedicure with normal polish on hands and feet but we were in there for 1 hour 45 minutes. The man doing the pedicure cut the heel of her foot and was trying to stop it bleeding for 15 minutes. He also left her heels red and sore from scraping them too much. There was a screen showing football and he seemed more focused on that.

Overpriced and not very friendly. I was cut during my nail treatment, accidents happen but there was no apology or acknowledgement. I will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible!
The staff are unprofessional. The place is outrageously and unnecessarily overpriced.
The nail job was poor. I've never left a shop so disappointed.

Bad service. Avoid at all cost. My sister had a bad pedicure. Her feet were not scrubbed and the guy apparently kept watching telly. They want money but don't wish to work in this shop

Please save your money and go somewhere else. I visited this shop as I was in the area, for a pedicure. The wait was not long. The man that did mine was completely disinterested in what he was doing he watched telly as long as I sat in the chair and now and then rubbed at my feet with a pumice. Also kept talking to the guy next to him in his language, so rude. After about 5 minutes he asked what colour I wanted, with my feet obviously not scrubbed I asked if he was done which he confirmed. I said to him to just towel dry my feet as I was going to look for a different place for a pedicure. He said pedicure was £23 which I paid and left. No one else asked what the problem was, they were just happy to have the money. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.!!! Most nail shops have a queue I know understand why I could be seen straight away. The worst service I've ever seen.

They are friendly and its very clean there. My nails are pretty but the man who was doing my nails kept talking on the phone while doing my nails which i find a bit rude.

I used to love this place and go regularly but after a series of bad experiences I won't be going back any more. They are busy leave people waiting for ages, you start with one person then another takes over then another they don't even have the courtesy to say I have to go. Just leave you for ages until the next person takes over. The equipment is not properly cleaned today I had to ask them to clean the foot spa before I would put my feet in it. They share tools without sterilisation. Zero customer care and attention. I had to ask 3 times for someone to finish my pedicure today it took 2 hours from the supposed start to finish.

Terrible! DO NOT get your nails done here. I had a spa pedicure here today by the young guy. He payed absolutely no attention, was either looking at his phone, the tv or the clock while using sharp equipment! He was too rough and continued to be even though I repeatedly flinched. My nails are painfully short and the nail varnish is absoluty everywhere!

Please save your money and go somewhere else. I visited this shop as I was in the area, for a pedicure. The wait was not long. The man that did mine was completely disinterested in what he was doing he watched telly as long as I sat in the chair and now and then rubbed at my feet with a pumice.
