This use to be a good salon, but recently has been getting worst, most staff is rude, don't even greet customers, and in general they have no idea how to provide good customer service.
Cleaning is very poor, they use foot moistarisers to do hand massages. Among many other incorrect things I've noticed recently.... I've been coming here for 2 years, but I've now decided not to come back due to dicrease of quality in the service provided.

Booked an appointment in one week advance, was suggested exact time for two treatments, but when I came it was just closed and the phone didn't answer. 20 min later there came a man, who was working t...
Booked an appointment in one week advance, was suggested exact time for two treatments, but when I came it was just closed and the phone didn't answer. 20 min later there came a man, who was working there, but he had no keys. He told me to come back in 20 min.Came back - no one, phone not responding. Ended up with ruined morning and without manicure and pedicure for a very important occasion. So think twice before going there!

Worst nails I've ever had done!! Thick application with uneven lumps and bumps. Acrylic all over my fingers making it look like I have crusty skin. The woman cut my skin at the cuticle on 3 fingers......
Worst nails I've ever had done!! Thick application with uneven lumps and bumps. Acrylic all over my fingers making it look like I have crusty skin. The woman cut my skin at the cuticle on 3 fingers....it's like a race to finish in this shop. I have a feeling these nails won't last very long. Disappointed and won't be going back.

This use to be a good salon, but recently has been getting worst, most staff is rude, don't even greet customers, and in general they have no idea how to provide good customer service.
