I absolutely loved it Jessica took care of me for my signature pedicure and manicure the 2 hours worth it! I got the royal treatment oiled massage galore and clay masque, hot towels, paraffin and callous treatment, my feet were energized. My glass of lemon water to hydrate before my facial was just what I needed. Teresa took care of my Facial my eyes and lips were specially treated with scrubs and moisturizers. My pores never looked better. Maria took care of my massage and wrap treatment to slough off dead dull skin. I felt reborn. Will definitely return to try out more of their services so many to choose from. I didn't have a problem with tipping in cash because they have an ATM machine inside the spa totally convenient, no stress total relaxation absolutely through nature and easy listening music no chaos. I liked it but very chaotic and busy which made it hard to relax. Also, I don't think my manicurist understood me very well. Ex: asking if I wanted something to drink and when I declined she gave me hot tea anyway. I wasn't informed that the tips were all cash so I panicked and felt really bad when I got home when I realized I didn't leave a tip(I wish I had known about the all cash for tips as soon as I walked in) but I didn't get any type of information about the salon upon filling out my new client card. I found out when I called to apologize. I just moved here a couple weeks ago so I'm not sure if this is normal or not but I guess overall I liked it, just wish my first experience had been better. I was a regular here a couple of years ago. I saw Tracy for a gel fill and pedicure every 2 weeks, but we moved, and the construction on route one made getting here a challenge. I am thrilled that the worst of the road work is completed, and I returned yesterday. Their Spa pedicure is THE BEST, an amazing value and worth every penny. Tracey took extra time with my gel fill to make sure my nails were shaped evenly and properly. I can't praise them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Read Less

My first visit and massage was decent, until I notice therapist, Sam, not keeping her hands on me at all times. She did check on the hot stones about 3-4 times, which I thought was excessive. At least two times she took her hands off of me for more than 20 seconds and did not appear or sound like she was doing anything in the room. You can hear a lot in those small rooms. At one point, based on her movements, I could tell she rubbed my back with one and hand pulled something ...out of her pocket with the other, and then put it back. Once I was flipped over and could see, I peeked while she was rubbing my feet. The massage was one handed and awkward while she gazed at her cell phone that was placed on the table between my feet. I'm not sure what she was reading, but it must have been interesting. It lasted about 2 minutes while her other hand gave a horrible foot massage. I've been getting massages for at least 15 years. Good therapists do not take their hands off of you for an extended period of time and it is professional and ethically WRONG to look at a phone while giving a massage. If I can't have my phone in there, neither should she! I didn't say anything until I was checking out. I honestly didn't know what to say directly to Sam and I only confirmed my suspicions within the last 5 minutes of my massage. I was shocked. At the front desk I was offered 20% off from the clerk and acting manager for the inconvenience. I asked that they get a hold of the manager who also offered 20% off and apologized and said that behavior was not allowed. I have no idea what Sam was doing on her phone while I was lying on my stomach, my privacy was taken advantage of and I'm upset. It's ethically not OK to have a phone on during a practice like massage therapy, especially when the customer usually has minimal clothing on. I did not pay for that massage and I will never return.
