First time I went there was amazing. My nails lasted a very long time, no chipping. Best thing is that it’s close to home. Only negative comment I have is that they overbooked me on the 2nd appointment so I had to rebook. I was seen straight away the following day. Best nail salon in the area that I’ve found. Staff couldn’t do more to make your treatments comfortable. They also take care of your nails and do proper shellac soak offs rather than filing it off like some places do. They also have amazing colour change shellac polishes - I have had many compliments on them! Read Less

Been getting my nails done here for the last couple of years. It is super clean thanks to the owners OCD. The colour range is vast. They always have a film on the screen so you are always entertained. They have phone chargers at each table. They always offer you a drink. Loyalty card can be retained in the shop so you don't have to carry it around with you and after 10 treatments you get £10 off the next one. Price range is consistent with the area but if you want cheaper you need to go further afield, as they say you pay for what you get and what you get here is great. Read Less

I have been coming here for the past year and being artistic myself I've always been quite a perfectionist. Yet Flawless has never failed to deliver. Moving from acrylic to gel powder and now Shellac, I've always been impressed.
